The Zestimate of a typical Tri-Cities home is almost 6 percent higher than the home's actual sales price. Zillow's "Zestimate" is a computer-generated estimate of a home's value.

I've been renting my home in Washington for the last 5 years, and now that I live in Ohio, I was dreading the time when my tenant moved out and I had to sell. I tried selling before renting back in 2012, but had no luck.
