After being rear ended by a trailer truck I thought that if I was honest and fair with what I asked of the other drivers ins. that I wouldn't need a lawyer. Sadly that wasn't the case. When I first spoke with Crispe & Crispe they gave me some pointers for if I was going to proceed alone and said they'd be happy to represent me if I so chose.

I went to Crispe and Crispe after an auto accident that was not my fault, yet the other parties insurance company tried to tell me I was at 40% fault for the accident. Spencer went above and beyond to help me get the settlement I deserved which was double what they were originally going to give me, on top of fighting the 40% claim by the insurance. I'm extremely pleased with the recommendation I received to go to them for legal assistance. If you are looking for great lawyers, look no further.

The Crispe and Crispe Law Firm represented my son in a criminal case and the outcome was more favorable than we expected. My son was facing several years in prison and had six Public Defenders before we found Crispe and Crispe. The DA in the case was adamant that jail time would be part of any settlement until Mr. Crispe put together a portfolio that demonstrated that leniency would be more appropriate than jail time.
