I highly recommend Elana for any Estate or Real Estate legal services. I met her at my refi closing, she was the Banks attorney. I asked if she was taking on any new clients, and lucky for me she was!! Elana is very detailed oriented and quick to respond to messages. She goes above and beyond, not what I have received from other attorneys in the past!

We were lucky enough to be referred to Elana Baron in the initial stages of planning our estate and completing our living wills. We were so impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. Since then we have been lucky enough to have Elana on our team for all of our real estate transactions, tenant relation topics, and business formations. We have so much trust in Elana and she has yet to let us down. Highly recommended!

Professional and courteous in communication, but procrastinated throughout contract period especially with Closing documents causing a frantic scramble up to the last minute. Also misled or was unclear about fee.
It seems like a Buyer should have a personal attorney to liason/mediate with their real estate attorney!
