Look man I see all the negative comments but I will tell you from my Experience these guys do get the job done I ordered a trailer latch... when it was delivered it was not correct... After speaking with just some general employees for about an hour they found out that the design had been changed on the part that I ordered... They called the manufacturer and they sent me two new latches of the correct design ( mind you I only bought one ) FREE OF COST! TELL ME THATS NOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. IM BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Customer service is rude, abrasive, and unhelpful. Their website continually advertises items in stock that are in fact not in stock at all, or even on extreme back order, but advertised as in stock just so they can charge your credit card and hold your money until you ask for it back, because they will not spend even one minute trying to get you what they attempted to sell you, they will just cancel your order if your unwilling to wait an undefined period of time, upto 6 months for all you know, to receive your PAID FOR items that other retailers actually

Im very impressed with how fast my order was processed and shipped. Being a Canadian customer my order was processed on a Friday and i received on Tuesday lunchtime. It doesn't get better then that. Online ordering was simple and straightforward, i look forward to dealing with Eastern Marine again in the future.

I needed some bolts that are very hard to find for my RV before we left our campsite in order to secure our spare tire. I paid for the 2-day expedited FedEx, but Trailer Supply Superstore got it in their hands the same day I ordered it. I got the parts in time and was able to fix my problem before our checkout date. I really appreciate that!!

How's this for a business model? I drive an hour
and a half round trip to Eastern Marine today to get two new tires. They have 28 of them in stock. Talk to a real nice associate and he says yeah we got them but their in our warehouse and we don't open that on Saturdays??? So let me get this straight you have a customer that wants to buy an item from you and you have the item in stock you just won't go get it? This mind you while 9-10 employees are in the store standing around because it's dead...

Called 6 times on sat, phone busy , got there after a 40 min ride and they net elk me we have the parts BUT WE CANT GET THEM CAUSE THE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED . Me being a business owner I would never send anyone away with out a part and wouldnt feel bad that someone actually drove to us on a sat 40 min away and say , o well . Toll had time and left with o. Lost my business along with a ton of friends

Bought the PolyPRO™3 Pop-Up Camper Cover, Model 3 (12' to 14' Long) for my 12' trailer after talking to customer service, which ensured this was going to be the proper cover. After receiving this it was unpacked and "installed" the cover was over 3 feet to long. After contacting the company I was told this was the correct one for my model, which I know better. Instructed to send it back with a RMA. After contacting the PO ..$50.00 to send back...really? Looks like I will be eating this one and will never deal with these crooks again!!

Great local business. Been around for years. Good inventory good prices, very courteous & helpful. These folks know their business and love boating and it shows. Mike helped me out, dropped what he was doing, took his time, knew his subject matter. First class operation. This is NOT a big box store with warm body employees who have no expertise or understanding of what the products are. Go ahead and buy your sweatshirts at the big box store, if you need anything for your boat or trailer don't waste your time or patience. Buy at Eastern Marine. Highly recommended!!

My man is a fisherman, and a boater. If he is not talking about fishing or boating, he is gathering, repairing, or replacing fishing and boating stuff. And this hobby/sport/obsession takes a lot of stuff. Eastern Marine is the place for all that stuff, or so he says. So, on his recomendation, and judging by the happiness on his face when the Eastern Marine catalogue arrives in the mail (keeps him occupied for hours) I am giving Eastern Marine 5 stars. Lots of stuff, lots of people to answer questions about this stuff, and tax-free shopping make for some good man time. Go.
