Two stars only because what they did (install a hitch), they appear to have done well for a fair price, but they did not install the wiring adapter I brought, saying "that's a major job we didn't talk about, and will be many hundreds of dollars". Well I had bought an adapter that snaps onto the factory harness, it took me 5 seconds, once I got past the hitch they installed IN THE WAY of the factory harness making a 5 second job take an hour. Thankfully my wife small arms were able to snake their way past Hidden Hitch's incompetence. I wonder was it laziness in not looking that the wiring would

Do good work, have used for hitches multiple times over years. This time when getting fifth wheel installed was given quote by owner/manager after inspecting truck at shop and looking up prices of parts.. Installation was scheduled for later in week. Dropped off truck night before, message left on answering machine in early morning told me price was going up by $75 dollars because of bed liner which was discussed during first quote of $1560.00. When picking up truck was told by installer it should have been $300 more because of wheel well liners. Electric connections were supposed to be provided
