Let me start by saying that this company is a good painting company! and with that said as an employer it's horrible super horrible, the owner who gives a great oscar nomination performance of being nice, humble and also claims to helping his employees...well he is the worst by treating them bad, if a worker doesn't finish a job or does the minimalist thing incorrectly he takes $100 off the employees pay or makes them go work without pay the next day. when have you ever heard of any company that discounts from your paycheck for something incorrect.
