A home inspection is a professional, complete visual examination of the all the systems and physical structural elements of a home. Our emphasis is on identifying existing or potential problems that would affect a purchasers buying decision. A home is the largest purchase most people will ever make.
This is a fantastic web link for you our potential clients, and or past clients to utilize. Most home inspectors offer this to you as a (FREE) report that they will generate for you, and then email to you as part of their home inspection services, which sounds AMAZING! But there is a catch, and that is you the client have to pay them for a home inspection FIRST which isn't FREE!

The home buying process can be confusing and stressful. An Accurate Home Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house at the time of inspection.
For buyers, waiving the option to have a professional inspection contingent on their offer to purchase a home can have major repercussions in the long run. Home inspection—Tim does a great job and is very knowledgeable and takes the time to share his knowledge when we have questions or concerns. He recognizes problems and conveys information without scaring the buyer, unless it’s a major problem of course.

Doug was thorough, detail oriented. Really felt he worked in my best interest when inspecting our new home. My wife and I also decided to have him do an inspection before we sold our old home. He was more thorough than some of the inspectors for potential buyers. We'll worth the cost of the inspections.

2nd home we have had Accurate Home inspect for us. Doug was fabulous and so thorough. He took additional time answering our questions and went over additional points we were curious about. So professional and friendly. I'm so impressed with this company!! Couldn't ask for anything better. I'm always worried what I'm going to find in inspections. I always walk away with all the information, good or bad, it's accurate (no pun intended) and that's all I could ask for!!

As a realtor I have used Accurate for 100% of my buyers inspections over the three years.. Every Single One. They always show up early, the inspectors are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are willing to explain to my clients what needs to be done and why and are always available when I need to clarify sometimes more then a week after the inspection.
