Many vacation rental owners confuse maximizing their income, with finding the cheapest resource to handle their large investment. Some decide on limited service agents, who take care of the details, while some take the path of (gulp) self-management to "increase their revenue". Sure, this can sometimes be successful.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lauretta from beginning to end. She was very customer-service oriented and provided great advice and resources, including at the last minute.
We are open 9:30 to 5 Monday to Friday (except some Holidays) all year. During the peak seasons, we are open on Saturday as well from 11 to 5. We are always closed on Sunday, but the answering service will be able to take calls during all of our off times. Check in begins at 4 p.m. and continues until 5 p.m. Monday - Friday at our Resort Managers office at 100 S. Main Street, corner of Main and Lincoln ave. in the Lincoln West Mall.
Though Breckenridge has become known for our premiere ski mountain, getting to know Breckenridge fully can take you many visits, and explorations of our town and all it offers. Winter in Breckenridge is known for great powder, and killer terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort, but during the summer the base of Peak 8 comes alive with the Breckenridge Summer fun Park.

We had an overall great stay! We would have loved more back stock of paper towels and toilet paper, the sink in the bathroom next to the kitchen wouldn’t stop leaking and the garbage disposal didn’t work but we would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re ever in Breckenridge in the future! Lovely place.

The property we rented was great for location and interior layout to provide for our family vacation. However, BRM staff and their services left much to be desired. When we first arrived with hundreds of dollars of food, there were no pots and pans or coffee mugs. They kept saying that the kitchen was fully stocked and what we had was all that we were going to get. I finally had to beg and two days later we finally received 2 skillets, 2 pots and 6 coffee mugs. The staff were on the edge of rude, especially Lauren, as I tried multiple times to explain that these items were not in the cabinets.

***covid update*** Gondola hours!!
This company is probably just fine, but they are responsible for the hours posted for the Breckenrige Gondola on google search and have had incorrect hours for the entire season. Covid restrictions have limited the hours and many people are extremely upset when they are turned away because of the false information they receive. The correct hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for skiers/boarders. Scenic rides are Mon- Friday between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Breckenridge Resort Managers has managed our condo since 2012. Toby and Lauretta are conscientious, reliable, and professional (besides being very nice people). I know that my guests will be taken care of very well and will leave happy. They are a great resource for maintenance issues that come up, which is particularly helpful as we live out of state. My husband and I are very pleased - couldn't ask for more!

We purchased a second home in Breck this past summer, and after interviewing several management groups were very impressed with Toby and Lauretta at Breck Resort Managers. They have gone out of their way to assist us as we set up the house and prepared it for this season - especially important to us since our primary home is out of state. They are friendly, fair, local, and really care about their partners and the homes they oversee.
