I have used this facility once before to shred confidential documents. The attendant was friendly and helpful. He even helped me bring the boxes from the truck into the facility, which I really appreciated. Today (a Saturday), the website said they were open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon. We arrived at about 10:30 a.m. there was an open sign on the door and the interior lights were on. However, the door was locked and no one was inside. There were two other customers waiting. One said they had been there an hour earlier, and the office was closed then too. If they needed to close suddenly
