I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel like a mark was made... This was a very odd interaction to me and nothing like what I experienced before. Within minutes of speaking and before even seeming like he had a full understanding he was speaking about how much it cost, how he'll be paid, calling the business involved claiming to be my lawyer, etc. just very abrasive and too much at once.

Being African American I pride myself on trying to do business with my people this was a very very disappointing experience if you do not want to take a case say it in the beginning don't ghost people that are supposed to be your clients don't send them in circles don't hide from them don't avoid their calls don't pick up on other lines when they dial you from a number that you don't recognize invented them you were about to call them I would not recommend this law office to anyone who was serious about litigation who was serious about getting what was owed to them

I hired Mr McCalep firm and they was all amazing !! I was facing three different charges in Henry County and he really did the impossible on all 3 Charges with getting the two that would of cause me to lose a lot DROPPED and the 3rd one a small fee!! I own a business that had been sued by a man after he got 7nto a fight which led to charges being filed on my employer last year. Attorney McCalep told me that I need not to worry and to let him look into what he can do before he take any money from me. I thought that was kind of him. Do not waste your time or money! Tim and his team do not return calls or schedule meetings. He even missed my court date! I don't know what you expect out of a lawyer but his firm will not deliver. Unresponsive and unreliable. The office is shared with other law firms and is a front because nobody is ever there except for an admin who will just apologize and send on your message which never gets returned. Do not use Tim or his law firm if you want reliable representation or effective communication.

Attorney Timothy McCalep did exactly what he promised. Family members were charged with felony drug charges and placed in jail. After much prayer and the initial shock of the situation. I located Attorney Timothy McCalep on line. The Family members were home within 24hrs. Attorney McCalep was able to get the case against one family member dismissed. Timothy was beyond amazing. Very professional and most of all understanding. He's affordable and most importantly effective. I contacted him at the last minute to represent my husband as I didn't know he needed a lawyer. Timothy came in and got the charges reduced, and helped my husband avoid jail time.
