Very satisfied with the work Horizon did in replacing my windshield. Everyone was easy to work with, from the phone representatives to the tech that did the work. The price was VERY reasonable for OEM glass. When I made the appointment, I was given the option to go to the shop or have someone come out to my house and do it...for the same price!
The tech was finished in about 30 to 40 minutes and the glass looks awesome. I will definitely be using Horizon again if the need arises.

Giving an update. Horizon called us and followed up on getting the correct rear view mirror for our car. Explained the tech accidentally broke the mirror and went across the street to get a replacement. They called us back and my husband took the car to have this replaced. He was very happy with the service and work after it was corrected. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because transparency and communication is huge in customer service. Mistakes are done it's part of business. But transparency creates loyalty. If we would have known from the start we would have gladly paid extra to

My wife's windshield had a large crack and needed to be replaced. Called around to a few separate places getting a quote and they had the best pricing by quite a bit.
They had my glass in stock and was able to set up my appointment a few days after contacting them. Everyone on the phone I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous.
Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was ready to go after a few hours, this included the windshield needing to be calibrated.
When my wife got back in her vehicle we noticed a few issues we thought came from the installation process and set up an appointment

I called Horizon Tint and spoke to Adam about getting French door glass tinted. He took the time to explain the process and showed me a couple different options. I wanted a mirror like reflection for both security and to keep the intense brightness out. Adam explained what to expect after the glass was tinted and was both polite and professional. Second time at Horizon. First time was so long ago I had forgot I went there. Looked up safelite because of the little jingle you hear everywhere. They were almost double the price of a new windshield. Not only that, but when you call Horizon, humans actually answer the phone right away instead of an automated walk through. Guy named Chris took the call and got me penciled in for an appointment right away. Got a follow up from a girl named Leah who also helped with the insurance side of things. In and out quickly. Excellent people and service here. If you ever have a bad experience here at this

I think they have been replacing/fixing windshields in our cars for almost 15 years. We have always had great service. They recently replaced my truck's windshield. It's a newer Ram with the Ram logo in the windshield. The replacement looked exactly the same. The tint visor is perfect. Other than a shiny new windshield there is nothing left behind to even know they did work. Truck was put back together perfectly. Great work and the desk people are great. Super helpful and professional.

If you value your privacy avoid this place!!! I really would have liked given a better rating but their business practices leave a lot to be desired. If they cannot follow the business contracts they signed how can you rely on them to fulfill their contract with you. Did the research, found the product I wanted for both the windshield and paint protection and found a dealer to provide the service. Spent time sending emails back and forth plus time on the phone. My name is all over the place. The problem came when I tried to pay for it. Took out my card and was told they need to see my ID. NO -

I really wanted to like Horizon Auto Glass & Tint. The price was half of what you pay at the big name auto glass stores. The service was good. But (right?). But I didn’t take the time to look carefully at my truck until I got it washed several days later. I should have. There are big scratches on the passenger door near where the windshield was replaced. When you scratch my truck—say something. Do the right thing. I won’t be back.
UPDATE: To say there were scratches on the truck before the windshield replacement doesn't change the scratches your technician made when installing the windshield

This is not a reflection of Horizon Auto Glass & Tint as they are the ones that alerted me to this issue. I have a request.
I recently bought a 2022 Subaru Outback and less than a day from when I drove the car off the lot, a small rock hit my windshield and it quickly turned from a small crack to a growing larger crack. So instead of a quick ~$30 fix, I now have to buy a new windshield.
Apparently, this happens more than it should with Subaru and there are actually several lawsuits pending. I am looking for any NM drivers who are willing to share their windshield issues with me so that

Definitely call them if you need tinting or even more importantly Glass Repair!
Our front RV windshield got hit by a rock leaving AZ and Horizon was the only company that could fix our window within 5 days!! Everyone else was minimum a Month!
Between salesman's, Adam and Anna they were able to scour a windshield with 2 days delivery. However, delivery doesn't actually follow through and Anna was constantly on the phone with them tracking down our order. Delivery was delayed another day and we had a flight to catch the next day after

Welp, if you have lived in Albuquerque for any amount of time - you know that there is an element that likes to bash car windows in to see what they can pilfer. I've lived here for five and a half years and this has happened twice. The first time was my fault for leaving a gym bag visible, but this time I had nothing in the car but a sun shade. I think they target cars of female drivers because they think that there are purses in the car or valuables in the trunk. Last night, I called and left messages for several auto glass companies around town, but never heard back from them. Horizon

Finding Horizon was a TRUE BLESSING ‼‼ My experience with them was nothing but comfort, eager to help me ....I just had my car break down and then I was robbed by one of the men who had offered help push my car out of traffic !! Needless to say I was carrying that with me walking in...and honestly their staff was so gentle, and understanding AND NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE of my state...excellent staff and owners have made it feel like family...and NOTHING helps you heal like family. Well... moving to the cold of Albuquerque from the Las Vegas heat has taken a toll on my rear view mirror. I went to move it this morning and the mirror popped right off the windshield! I contacted the dealership and they referred me to Horizon Auto Glass and Tint, and I am very pleased with the referral. I entered into a nice, clean facility with friendly faces and the shop manager (also very friendly) is currently gluing on my rear view mirror as a COURTESY!!! That's right! No charge!! They just scored a new loyal customer and I will recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair

Toyota dealership recommended this auto glass shop and for good reason. They do excellent work! They put glass tint on my car that came out flawless. Looked like it was done at the factory. Very impressive!
They are now replacing the drivers side-window on my daughters car. I'll update this Review after a few weeks.
My appointment was set for 3:00pm. The waiting room was standing room only which is a testament to the excellent work they do. Parking is very limited so get there early to find a spot. They pulled the car into the shop at 3:15 which was a little disappointing but understandable

Anyway, when calling around those national fellas, who shall remain nameless (starts with an S), wouldn't even work on an old classic. Can you believe that? "No soup for you," they said.
So, Horizon to the rescue! Out
