Just had Samantha come out and replace the cracked windshield on my Honda. came to find out the last repair place did a horrible job and they had to fight to free the glass from the mountains of adhesive used… by the other place. They cleaned it all out and installed the new glass correctly. Samantha is kind, friendly, and professional. not only will I use them again but I highly, HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing quality glass replacement or repair work done. My wife and I noticed a chip in her windshield. It’s the 2nd one in less than a year. We called Samantha at Autoglass Concepts. She met us at a convenient location and had the repairs done in short order. No problems and she saved us about $300! She’s friendly and takes her customer service to the next level. I would highly recommend this service.
