I was recommended this company by a friend, I needed tables and chairs for a event I was having. After a week of communication emails, phones calls, and texts, The week of my event I was promised to be sent a contract that was never sent. I continued to call, text, and email to absolutely no one responding and being completely ignored completely waisting my time, and because it was the week of my event I could no longer book another company due to it being last minute. I hired this company to deliver a castle bounce house to our home for our daughter's birthday. I filled out their online form and someone from their company called me the next day to let me know that they received my order and that the house that I requested was dirty from its previous party and would it be ok if they sent a different one instead. I said fine and felt that this phone call was a confirmation that they would show up with the bounce house when I had requested. The scheduled time for drop off came and went. I rented a bouncing house for son's second birthday and the experience was very good. The bounce house was very clean and well maintained. The setup was done on time and the staff was very courteous. Excellent customer service! I had a few questions that I emailed them about and they answered very promptly. Orders were simple as everything was done thru their website and they kept up with email confirmations. I didn't order any jumpers, just canopy, tables and chairs. The pricing was excellent since it does include set up and travel fees already. They came as scheduled and everything was set up as I wanted. I would definitely hire again if needed!

I needed a last minute jumper for a family gathering & I contacted several bounce house companies and no one had anything available. I contacted Rocket Jumpers & they had a jumper available, so they brought it to us in a hour or less. Besides them having a last minute jumper available , the jumper looked new and the guys were really friendly!!
