The person is super rude on the phone. I called exactly once, waited, and after waiting for so long he picked up and said "how many times do you have to call. I'm in a meeting right now" and hung up. Well excuse me, maybe your phone system auto redials or something, from my end I only called once. You don't need to be an assh*le about that too. Please check your phone's automated system and yell at it instead.

The old lady in the office is VERY darn kockie and she tells me well she don't need the money anyways? What really and it's a business I don't think running one like that is the thing. Whatever I did take my business elsewhere.

Bali Baly saved our sons 6yo birthday party today. Originally reserved with another company that called on his birthday to cancel. After several calls Bali Baly said no problem. Delivered 2 hours later on a Sunday with a smile. Great service, thanks for saving our little man's special day!

Saturday June 23, 2018 Bali Bali Jump were delivering a jumper to Ramblewood Park. I live right across the Park and I asked for a business card. She was busy setting the jumper up. That's ok I will wait and asked her if she could set the Generator where I won't hear it when I am sitting in the front. Guess what, they left it close the street and I can hear it. I asked them if they can move it. No they can't and drove off. Well guess what I won't be getting a Jumper from these people and I will tell all my friends.

Bali Baly jump were awesome! We received a phone call from our previous Bounce House company the morning of the event, cancelling our bounce house, chair rentals and table rentals. You can imagine our panic! We called multiple rental companies and Bali Baly were able to come out that same morning to save our party! We made the reservation at 8:45am, and they were at our front door at 10:30am for our noon party. I can't thank them enough. They were professional, courteous, and patient in helping us set up the location. The bounce house was vacuumed and cleaned after he pumped it up,

Used Bali Baly for our block party a month ago. Two young men came a little early with the bouncy house and waited patiently for me. They were flexible and patient with the issues in identifying a location for set up, and then changing the location. They were both extremely professional and provided excellent service.

I rarely comment on yelp, but the day was perfect for everyone (especially all the children). We will definitely be calling Bali Baly next year for what I hope is an annual block party with a bouncy house! From start to finish, everything was easy!

I have ordered from this company for 12 years and they always served me well but just today I asked for a huge favor and they would not budge. The party started late so I asked if they could leave the jumper a bit longer but they totally refused. After giving them business for this long they still would not accomodate me. Very dissappointed and I will no longer order from them nor refer them.

After the company I'd reserved with *forgot* our reservation for my daughter's 4th birthday, and didn't mention that for the county park we need a permit and they need to be registered (after I asked if it was okay to have bouncy houses at that park and they told me yes), I called Bali Baly Jump in hopes they could come out within an hour. They did! They didn't even charge us extra for it.

We used Baly Bali Jump for my son's birthday party last month. The jumper was very clean, which is a concern of mine with renting jump houses. We got a pretty big 3 n 1 double slide jumper, the kids played in it the entire time. Absolutley loved it.

As for their customer service, I think it was great. The jump house was dropped off and picked up when promised. Their staff was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Overall a great experience. I'm glad we used them!! And I will use them in the future.

Great, polite service. On time to (early in fact) to setup and (a little late) to collect. Jumper was as new, no issues with the generator at all. One of the better prices quoted, especially for a 24 hour notice. Would absolutely use again.

I have been renting out A bounce house from this company for several years now since my son was 4 years old. He is now 8 years old. Very Affordable and had no issues with the standard bounce house that was rented every year. Customer Service was wonderful and I do recommend this company to friends and family and others as well. The kids loved it! Communication was excellent drop off and pick up usually ran smooth so this place is a thumbs up in my book

I've ordered the standard jump house for my daughter's birthday at Vasona Park. The jump house was very clean and the guys delivering it were very professional. We recently rented the larger combo bounce house with a slide, which had them entertained the whole day. They were recommended by my coworker and now my whole family uses them. Definitely will use them for all our parties.

We used Bali Baly services for renting the Jumper and Cotton Candy maker....their folks arrived on time in morning and setup the jumper and cotton candy machines..all the kids enjoyed a lot throughout the day..

Also the jumper and cotton candy machines were clean and good quality...the generator had no issues and ran perfectly both the machines for 5-6 hours.

this was my first experience and will definitely used their services in future and recommend to friends as well...

I would never ever recommend bali baly jump. i had ordered a jumper and a cotton candy machine for july 7th 2012. i had given my credit card information a month in advance, she had not charged me right away. two weeks passed by and i called and asked why and she said that they dont charge until a week prior. ( that would of been usefull information at the beginning) . so its three days before my party and she still hasnt charged me for my order. i call again and she says " oh, thank you for calling me! i had forgot to charge you". the day of my sons party they were supposed to arrive

We recently attended a party at a park where the birthday party had a bounce house rented from this company. The generator that was provided by this company kept on going out and everytime it went out there were a ton of kids inside and all the parents had to rush and get the kids out. The point of having bounce houses is to have the kids jump around and enjoy their time. The bounce house was down for part of the party which was a bummer because the kids wanted to go in. After a while (seemed like several hours) the owners came by to fix something that apparently could have been prevented if

We recently attended a party this past weekend and they rented a bounce house from this company it was fine until the generator kept on going out while all the small kids were inside, all of the kids got scared started crying while all of us parents were trying to hold the entrance of it up make sure we got all kids out safely and let me tell you this happened at least 8 times while we were there! Not only did they arrive an hour late after being called to come check it out but to top it off were told very rudely and unprofessional by the "owner" that it was our fault for not checking

I resently used there services at Anderson county Park and was please with there services. I ordered a jumper, patrick throwing target and cotton candy machine. hey set up on time and created a lot of good fun to keep the kids busy during the party! I would use them agin.

We used Bali Baly for our twins 2nd birthday party and they were awesome! They arrived on time to set up the jump house and also wiped it down inside. The jumpy was newer and clean. We didn't have any problems at all and they picked it up on time. I would highly recommend them!

Used Bali Baly Jump for a company picnic. They were very friendly, on time and as requested, presented me with a very profesional invoice. I made sure to do the resarch before I used a jumpy service and out of 5 recommended by the City of Sunnyvale, Bali Baly Jump was the best. I felt easy about giving them a credit card #. They made sure to take the protective mesaures to assure that my credit card was protected. I was able to pay before hand where as others asked for cash upon delivery which I thought was a bit shady.
