Carol Kennedy has been with our practice since its inception. She has over 20 years of experience in medicine, with roles ranging from office manager, to hospital and laboratory sales and marketing, to physician relations. Her role includes overseeing the daily operations of the practices and accommodating the financial needs of our patients.
Carol was born and raised in Northern Kentucky as one of seven children. She is the proud mother of Tiffany and Shane, although she will tell you that the greatest title she has ever held is Grandmother to 4 adoring grandchildren. Outside of the office, Carol enjoys shopping, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Periodontics is a dental specialty that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease (gum disease), soft tissue deficiencies (gum recession) and in the placement and maintenance of dental implants. Periodontists receive extensive training in these areas, including three additional years of education beyond dental school.
Periodontal Diseases are inflammatory disorders resulting in ongoing infections of the gums and bone that gradually destroy the support of your natural teeth. Gum Disease causes your tissues to turn red, swell, and bleed easily. If this irritation is prolonged, the gums and bone separate from the teeth causing pockets (spaces) to deepen.
Dental Implant Therapy is designed to look, feel, and function like your natural dentition. Implants themselves are small titanium posts that are placed into the jawbone where teeth are missing. The bone bonds with the titanium (osseointegrates), creating a strong foundation for artificial teeth. In addition, dental implants can help preserve facial structure, preventing the bone deterioration that occurs when teeth are missing.
Periodontal Plastic Surgery is directed at improving the health and/or the esthetic appearance of your smile. With crown lengthening, Drs. Harris and Poth can even out a gumline to create a more radiant smile as well as expose decayed or fracture teeth to allow for proper restoration. Exposed roots of teeth can be covered with minimally invasive gum grafting.

I was referred to this practice for a tooth extraction. I had to wait over a month to get in. I was in terrible pain for at least three weeks prior to it and called every day to see if I could get in earlier. When I get there I see the hygienist, she was actually really nice, then the dentist, and then the financial counselor who I spent the most time with. She was very pushy and when I said I didn’t have $2200 upfront to pay for what they said I needed to have, we just went in circles . This practice does not deal with any insurance, they make you pay in full upfront and then it is your job

Nothing but good things to say. I had a very complicated procedure several months ago and today had 2 implants placed. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Ryan Harris takes as much time as needed and explains what he’s doing and why. He makes sure your comfort is #1 concern. Highly recommended.

Horrible my husband went here referred by his dentist during COVID for emergency removal of a tooth. They didn’t tell him they were not in our Delta dental plan nor did they tell him that the procedure they used our insurance would not cover since it was according to insurance and wait medical insurance a code used in accident cases. Then their insurance person never ran it thru to let him know we would be out of pocket over $2000. When I called and questioned she said well that is your place and he should have asked now I know why they demand payment upfront and tell you insurance will reimburse

Excellent from the telephone service, to the reception desk, to the dental chair. Dr. Ryan Harris and the entire staff saw to all my needs and comfort. Also they all took time to listen and to respond to questions and concerns. My implant was smooth from removal of the broken tooth, a bone graft, the implant and followup after the crown had been placed. I could not ask for better..... they are awesome!!!!

I needed a tissue graft for my receding gum line. I had several concerns about the operation, and Dr. Harris (along with the rest of the staff) were very accommodating and answered all of my questions. They were quite comforting, and I felt completely at ease going into the surgery. The surgery itself went well - it was quick and (for the most part) painless. Bedside manner was amazing. Recovery was not the most fun process, but Dr. Harris checked in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I am currently 6 weeks post-op, and the tissue looks great. Dr. Harris extracted 2 of my sons teeth and the experience could not have been better. The office was great. The staff was professional, and everyone went out of their way to ensure that my son was comfortable at all times. The procedure went very smoothly and my son had very minimal discomfort following. He was amazed as he had a lot of nerves leading up to it! Dr. Harris also followed up just to make sure he was feeling OK. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING care from the front counter to the treatment rooms!! Dr. Ryan Harris and Dr. Tiffany Harris both performed surgical procedures during my course of treatment (4 implants). The treatment they provided was pain free and surgically perfect. They, and their staff, were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It was refreshing to observe and experience such a high level of surgical skill melded with truly caring individuals. Their approach to patient care extends to their outstanding support staff.
