On Memorial Day morning I headed off to Starbucks and upon leaving and getting on Indiantown Road, my car just stopped and made a terrible noise. it would not move! I immediately called AAA which told me it would be an hour before they came. A Jupiter police officer immediately stopped and she called North County towing and they arrived within 15 minutes and in less time my car was loaded on the tow truck and taken to Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. I highly recommend this company. I was frightened and really relied on them to take my car to the dealership on a holiday when no once was there. Professional

My car battery died and I waited several hours from another towing company that couldn't even warn me about the several delays so I called North County towing and spoke to Christopher who said he could be there in 20 min and was. He was very professional and helpful. He came over promptly and was a pleasure to work with!

Needed to get my car towed, and none of the towing company was available or willing to help. They were all backed up because of the hurricane. He is the one that offered to help, came in within 20 minutes, and got the car out. Genuinely caring person. He was willing to do that through out the hurricane. You’re not going to find a better towing company.

We reserved a u haul truck from this company. When we went to pick up the truck the business was closed. We called and office person said the owner would be there in half a hour. He never showed up his excuse was he had other plans . We were in able to move that day which caused us additional expenses. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

My fiancé and I came out to Palm Beach international raceway today 7/11 to enjoy truck yeah night. My man wanted to race his truck to see what it's got. Well second run in and he blew a gasket (like how us women do, especially when we think it's not a great idea to race from the beginning ). I looked up local tows and gave him the number to this company. He got to the track in decent time and was very cool, polite and personable. Unfortunately I've had to have two cars towed within a week. Jim has been punctual, polite and took the cars to the indicated shops that I asked him to. You definitely never know when you will be in an accident and when you'll need a towing service, so he is definitely in my contacts to call in case of an emergency.
