When Josey Young & Brady Realty was founded in 2005, each of the three partners believed that by combining their talents and experience they could better serve their clients by forming an independent real estate company that truly offered expertise in all areas of the real estate market-residential home sales, land and farm sales, commercial and industrial leasing and sales, new home marketing and development, and residential property management services.

Newnan's six historic districts-all on the national register-contain some of Georgia's most beautiful houses and commercial buildings. The houses are represented by the antebellum and Victorian styles that dominated Newnan's early and mid-19th century development. Buildings that make up the Central Business District comprise several architectural styles, including Neoclassical, Italianate, Classical Revival, Romanesque, and Victorian.

Eileen at JYB is top notch! When we got ready to put on house on the market she was ready to go, already had comps, a photographer, and drone expert for the listing. She gave us showing advice and we had multiple showings and offers within hours.
