Hi. I went to Specialists in Dermatology for about a year. I should not have stayed so long, but silly me did. -The Mohs Surgeon MD medicated me and I was "out" for the procedure, which I have never experienced before from other providers. The experience and result of the Mohs was unacceptable to me. -The Medical Assistant provider asked me (at my second to last visit) "What is that?" pointing to my arm. I thought the MA should be knowledgeable about my apparently new skin condition. -My next visit to my Pharmacy I received a Prescription which was ineffective. -After I left

I was very pleased with my experience. This is my first time dealing with Dermatology issues and I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted professionally in a very clean atmosphere. Before I could finish my new patient forms I was called by a very personable young lady. She took my information, put me at ease and I felt comfortable in a place where I had never been. The office and medical staff are very efficient. Especially, the medical staff, who are all very good at making sure that I know exactly what is going on and that I am comfortable, as much as I can be, with those darn needles! Noelle was absolutely lovely to deal with...She was extremely thorough and professional, I had never had that detailed experience before at your facility. My procedures were not fun at all, but she made the experience much less painful by showing that she truly cared about my skin, talked me through every detail ...And, she had a sense of humor! This office was wonderful. Very quick in waiting room and back patient room. Warm caring atmosphere. Very knowledgeable. They did 2 biopsies waiting for results. I had this ugly looking big birthmark- looked kind of like dark warts (but not warts) they froze it off. I am so happy it's gone after all my life it being there. The back of my shoulder looks normal. Also my daughter had skin graffs on her nose a month ago. You can't even tell looks fabulous.
I'm telling you this staff and the angels were sent to Tucson from heaven above. I would highly recommend this office 100% perfection.

Weimin Hu appears to be running a BIOPSY MILL. She biopsied multiple moles of mine, and the biopsies were negative in every case. I finally started going to other dematologists because Hu kept finding more moles that she said required biopsies. The other dermatologists said no biopsies were needed.
I highly recommend Hu if you like getting moles cut off for no good reason.

Dr. Hu and her staff were very helpful in explaining my procedure and making sure i was comfortable. The procedure was completed in a relatively short period of time and so far, recovery has been good. Check in was simple, but did have to wait approximately 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

First off, the facility is nice and clean, and Don Valmores was very competent while removing my moles. BUT!! Watch out for the double bill! I noticed while searching for a dermatologist that other yelpers were experiencing double billing, so when I visited I made sure to get a copy of all of the services I had performed and a receipt as proof that I was paid in full. As a new patient, I was extremely impressed. Everything from the facilities to the staff exceeded my expectations. The check-in was smooth, all instructions were clear, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not wait past my appointment time to be called back. Kassandra was professional, friendly, communicative and efficient. She got all my information, answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns I may have had. Within minutes of completing our initial intake, I was seen by the NP, had all my questions answered, and was taken care of and out in 15 minutes!

I've been to this establishment twice. I would not recommend it. I saw the provider Mary twice regarding a bump I have (ingrown? Cyst? Skin disorder? I didn't know so came to seek help from a professional) the Lobby area smelled of sewage the first time I went in July 2021. The second I came was October 2021 for a follow up and the smell wasn't as strong, but still there. The staff was nice over the phone and in person. My complaint is with the provider, Mary, and the office manager. Mary recommended products that burned my skin badly! I was worse off than when I originally went

I had a tiny pinpoint mole removed which was slightly atypical and was left with a massive scar that healed hypertrophic.
From the moment I walked in the door Dr Hu seemed more concerned with capturing the removal on video for her Instagram than my care or comfort.

Dr Don and Kaila were amazing during my blue light treatment. Can I say how amazing the medical staff assistants are. I have been coming to this office for some time. Recently the cost of treatments has sky rocketed. Not only am I seeing less time spent with the patient, the quality of care has gone downhill. Seems like there is a constant staffing turnover issue in addition to staff frantically trying to get the equipment to work. Very concerning.

I visited the Orange Grove office in Nov 2020 for a scalp issue. I waited an hour in the exam room before I was seen. I was advised to take a blood test to rule out a suspected condition which seems simple enough but it took 2 weeks of phone calls to secure the lab order which I had to physically take to Labcorp. It took another 2 weeks of phone calls to this office to try to get someone to follow-up with the results of the blood test. And now, more than 2 months later I have yet to receive a response. Really gone downhill in all aspects. Dr. Mosely would be ashamed. Wife and i have been patients here for many years. Normally to get annual basic checkups. We have always seen a P.A. Usually Dr. Brennan. My wife made the appt. and was told i would have a new P.A. Nope. This time i get stuck with a quack Nurses assistant, Mannix. Had he bedside manner of a rock. Rude in fact! He did not know my reason for being there. Have done this every year for last 8+ years. Did a very poor overall skin check. He froze 3 small areas and wanted a biopsy done on a simple skin tag. I had an in person visit there about 2 weeks ago. The staff was professional and friendly. I had filled out online paperwork prior to the appointment. They had plenty of space between chairs in the waiting room, but I didn't have to wait long, they took me in right away. I was there for a skin cancer check. The doctor was great. He listened to my concerns and explained what I had going on with a couple of skin tags and a mole. Great practice and I would definitely go back.

This business might be the best in the business but they are the WORST in my neighborhood. Their employees habitually park their vehicles directly in front of my home. The company actually pays for secure parking for the large number of people they employ. However, some of the staff feel entitled to repurpose the closest residential street parking into their private parking area. They leave their trash in the street while blocking my trash cans and preventing them from being emptied. Most days they at least leave room for the mailman...

Was scheduled here from Davis Monthan AFB, to schedule a check on a dermatological inquiry. They found problems related to the abundance of UV that we get here in Tucson. The referral was a blessing in disguise.
I took the recommendation back to my primary care physician who promptly agreed to have it helped at this facility.

Let's start with pro's! Dr. Karin Meyers is AWESOME!! Professional, informative, does a great job with inspecting. Had no regrets seeing her!!!
Location- is also very convenient with ample parking, large big building enough to accommodate allot of patients.
Cons- Phone calls are never returned, or if your lucky to be answered- places on hold for 20 mins was the last record....
Staff is not friendly, apparently it's too much of a hassle to get you scheduled, or to be checked out. Long wait times , and the last time the doctor canceled the appointment
