After completing her undergraduate degrees at the University of Arizona in biochemistry and anthropology, Dr. Behr then attended medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.She completed her dermatology residency in Tucson, Arizona, and is board certified as a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.

I did 10-12 sessions of laser hair removal and 3 months-ish after I completed it, everything was back to the drawing board. The therapist was very professional, but I guess the treatment has never worked as expected since the beginning...
In summary, the result after 18 months-ish of treatment was way below the expectations. Be cautious

Disappointed...the staff is knowledgable and some are friendly. The last time I was there I waited almost an hour and was not seen by the nurse or doctor. Was trying to start accutane and I've decided it's not worth the headache of dealing with an incompetent medical staff. Will be going somewhere else.

Caitlyn is amazing! I first came to Ironwood for routine annual skin cancer checks, and became curious about laser treatments. I started seeing Caitlyn about a year ago and find her to be attentive, professional, easy going and genuinely concerned about my personal needs - and not pushing random treatments or products that won't work for me. She is the perfect compliment to the Doctor staff!

The doctor I saw was great but if your paying cash make sure to get a receipt (they don’t as of now offer one). I have had nothing but problems with my cash payment that keeps appearing and disappearing. I normally would not leave a review as we all make mistakes but this is on going and the lady’s are not very nice when I push for finding out where my payment is or isn’t. I feel like they are avoiding me but keep sending bills.... very confusing for anyone to navigate.

Dr. Goedken was good, though they messed up the dosage on my prescription and trying to call to get it fixed (3x) resulted in a 15+ minutes wait on hold EACH time, and they just passed on a message to someone who would call me back later, so it couldn't even get resolved with one call. Best to deal with if you can go in person to resolve any issues. Facility was nice but they definitely seem to prefer those coming in for cosmetic procedures rather than dermatology.
Update: it's impossible to get to talk to anyone here without first spending 8+ minutes on hold. Idk if they are really that busy
