Brian simply did an AMAZING JOB! I Purchased a Rental through a Non-QM Mortgage Product... No Income Docs required and closed within 30 days. In this market I certainly did not expect the timeframe we were able to close, and even with Brian in another country for a week... he navigated a 9 hour time difference and NEVER missed a beat! Brian came to our rescue at the tail end of our loan process with a big known bank. The other bank pushed out our closing date due lack of appraisal report they order several weeks before. Brian listened to our disappointments and promised he could do better and faster. Oh my goodness he was right! We closed on our new home within 8 days of giving Brian our information. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer than Brian while purchasing my first home. Brian successfully coordinated a complex loan purchase transaction including an out of State buyer, me. I have not met Brian in person which always poses extra challenges but Brian was great. He understands his business and the needs of borrowers. His communication is clear and concise with excellent attention to detail and follow up.
