Under Federal HIPAA regulations, we will release information from your medical record to your insurance carrier if required in order to process our claim for services we provided; to your primary care physician or other referring physician(s) to provide continuity of care; and in certain other circumstances specifically permitted by HIPAA rules, without prior written authorization from you.
Dr. Gotsiridze is a board certified dermatologist. She enjoys all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology. She appreciates the importance of skin evaluation and disease detection, as skin conditions can frequently be the first sign of systemic diseases. She enjoys skin cancer detection and treatment.
Dr. Snell is a board certified dermatologist who has had vigorous clinical training in many areas of dermatology including general dermatology, melanoma and pigmented lesions, treating various medical conditions in skin of color as well as training in cosmetics and surgical procedures. Dr. Snell is originally from the DC area and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
Dr. Clinzo Mickle is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Cosmetic, Laser and Dermatologic surgery. His clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatments all aspects of medical dermatology as well as cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Mickle was an honor graduate from South Carolina State University and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was the recipient of numerous academic scholarships.He completed his intern year at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and went onto complete a specialized research fellowship in dermatology at Duke University Medical Center.

If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff are completely rude and unprofessional. They just want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. They say someone will call you, no call backs. It’s rare to even get someone to answer the phone. Not mention; Look at all these horrible reviews!

I am so disappointed with this place. Though the PAs themselves are lovely and kind people, my overall experience has been so negative overall that the bad outweighs the good by a landslide. The doctors being nice is not enough. I received three different bills that were astronomically high, even after insurance and copays. When I tried to contest the prices and better understand the rationale, their billing department wouldn’t budge. I’m talking a $300 bill for a standard skin checkup, because they added additional charges for “other services rendered”. I went in for a skin checkup but

Can someone in that office please answer the phone? I emailed, left voicemail and even spoke to some lady named Laurie who said the office will call me back before end of day.. false.. and I can’t seem to book an appt online… terrible! This happens very consistently.. I dread following up with Dr. Craig because i have to call a bunch of times for someone to answer.. I like Dr. Craig she helped me with my hormonal acne for many years but im getting tired of calling multiple times to make a follow up appt..because no one answers

Non-professional collection of PA's who operate on a basis of Mal-diagnosing conditions and upselling expensive products- further exacerbated by incompetent billing through third parties like InstaMed and PayMyDerm that do not communicate with each other regarding payments. This practice is likely just another practice bought up or funded by private equity. If your intent is for a licensed MD to see you and genuinely talk through solutions and treatments, look elsewhere.
