My wife fell at work in June, 2017. The Worker's compensation insurance company rejected just about every suggestion doctors had stated to alleviate her pain. Due to the delay in treatments, she was experiencing pain in her left arm. So sensitive to touch that it affected her everyday living. We are so grateful for having Dr Atlin as her pain management doctor. We appreciate his dedication in fighting the worker's compensation insurance company to get the right treatment for her. Her arm can now be touched without the tingling and pain that she was experiencing. She is on her way to slowly getting

I've been taking my wife to see Dr. Atlin for many years she’s totally disabled and needs special care. He always conducts himself professionally and takes care of my wife extremely well. Now since the pandemic has started he calls and screens his patients before each appointment to make sure you’re doing okay before coming to the office. This protects you and his other patients from getting covid19 and I’m so happy he does that. He has also stepped up his attention to your needs to make sure you have everything you need until your next appointment so you don’t have to take unnecessary

If you read through all the sites for reviews of Dr. Atlin, he doesn't score very well. Why is that? Is it a coincidence? No, it is not.
Dr. Atlin is the cockiest Dr. I have ever encountered. He specializes in diagnosing CRPS. Look it up. You don't want it. However, I think this type of diagnosis should be given with a modicum of humanity. It's a life-changing diagnosis. Of course, he doesn't have it, so being gleeful with the diagnosis doesn't affect him. He simply moves on. Sometimes, you have to put a DR's bedside manner to the side when making a choice based

Dr. Atlin seems to have a god-complex, and loves to talk to/through & over his patient. He belittles the fear connected to a life altering dx, and if questioned in anyway, he becomes defensive and pouts like a child. I'd prefer to put my life into the hands of a doctor who is not afraid to think outside of his box... which in my opinion is CRPS ..whether you have it or not!! He also ad-libs in his clinical notes, despite an examination that was virtually non-existent......Get a second opinion!

I just recently became a patient of Dr. Bierig and have had a couple bad experiences in this new journey of having a pain Dr. I can say this has already been the BEST and most comfortable experience for me! He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain and wants to be sure your pain is controlled and the most effective way possible! What a blessing! I feel better than I have in a long time! Also ALL of the staff is amazing and always make sure you are taken care of and can always be reached if needed!
