I filed taxes February 2020 when I filed my folder said my refund amount was 5,074$ naturally I went to the irs app to look up the process and I had the wrong information so I called back and ask for the correct refund amount . After about 10 min of back and forth they finally gave me the info I needed to find out that my refund was actually missing 700 (correct amount was 5786) it was also red flagged due to the fact that she didn't enter the right address information . When she had my I.D when I brought up the missing money I noticed they had done the same thing to my wife (charged her 6-700

I've been with Brenda's Insurance since 2018 and I gotta say they really help you get the best rate. Recently I got a new car and needed Coverage they were right on it and Brenda herself the owner personally helped me find the best rate for my age. I am very happy with the service from Brenda's Insurance. Everyone here is very helpful and they are always doing everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. I rarely write reviews, but this team definitely needs to be recognized for all their hard work. I have full coverage on my Honda and hopefully I'll be getting my housed insured :)
