I wanted to take a few minutes and write this review for Rodger and his crew. They are very good with what they do. Very knowledgeable and honest. Michael always calls me ahead of time and lets us know if something is due or if we need to take care of something. I've been in business for over ten years know, I have worked with other Insurance companies, but Mr. Martinez's group is by far the best. Their has been times where I couldn't drive to West Covina and Michael would drive to me and I'm in Pasadena. That's what I call a Great Customer Service. Thank you guys

I have been with State Farm for 33 years and was switched to the West Covina office more than 2 decades ago. I have been a member with State Farm for about 8 years i think. And I have been with Roger Martinez and follow him to his new location because this office is just the best I deal with Jennifer and Michael they definitely go above and beyond to take care of you without making a hassle I have appreciated their help for many years we have been in car accidents we have dealt with other issues and every single time we have been hundred percent satisfied with our service from State Farm and this office located in West Covina. My policy has dropped in price many times on its own due to us being good drivers
