I recently had an appointment for an eye exam. I picked out a pair of frames, which were covered by my insurance. I was told the lenses would cost $253. Usually my lenses are covered in full by my insurance so I asked the doctor to recheck the price. He told me he could get the price down to $99, so asked for a copy of my prescription, which I took to Pearle Vision. My copay at Pearle was $0.
