Your therapy will begin the first day with a thorough discussion of your history followed by a physical evaluation of your condition. This first session will take approximately one hour, possibly more depending on your condition. Your therapist will discuss the causes of your condition, review your history of relevant treatment, perform special tests, and discuss your doctor's assessment.
Many of our therapists are certified in using Hawk Grips, the preferred Intrument utilized with Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Similar to Graston technique, Hawk Grips IASTM treatment uses skilled application of metal instruments to alleviate adhesions and scar tissue to improve range of motion, promote healing, and decrease pain.

Active lifestyles sometimes require physical therapy due to injury and/or overuse. Sport & Family Physical Therapy has the highly skilled staff, excellent facilities, easy access location and friendly atmosphere that I needed. I, and two of my adult children, would be very happy to give Jeff & Nancy and their staff our highest recommendation.

Sport & Family Physical Therapy is just great! Over the years I have had several times I have had to go, where I was in great pain! With the help Jeff & Diane's great knowledge of the human anatomy, we have over come the issues from my lower back to, the 2 shoulder replacements that I had to have!
Thank you both for all the hard work we had to go through!
