Given that this place had the cheapest replacement batteries on the internet I really was not expecting premium performance of the product I ordered. You get what you pay for and all. Well, this battery did something amazing that I did not expect it to do. It survived being deep cycled.
I apparently ended a ride and left the key in the ON position. For a week.
Tried to start the bike and No-Go. As expected. I was like CR@P. I removed it and was about to order another one. Then I said, Boy, humor yourself. Put it on the trickle charger for a while, just to prove you need a new battery. 1st

I purchased a 12-volt sealed lead acid battery for an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Even after shipping charges were included, Battery Sharks offered the best deal I could find on the web, including Amazon, and other sellers offering "free shipping." I had my new battery three days after I placed my order. I would have waited up to a week longer (and paid more!) had I ordered from somewhere else. Thank you!

They should not make promises they can not keep. I ordered a battery nov 2nd. Walmart said it would be here nov 4th. The battery comes nov 10th. I already bought another battery because mine didnt come when they said it would. I try to return the battery at walmart they said contact them direct, I contact them and they say send it back and we will refund you minus 20 percent restocking fee. Plus i am out shipping when they are the ones who were late. Dont get any kind of battery from them ever.

On April 24th I placed and order from this company. Noticing this company is close to me I emailed them and asked if I could come into the store to pick up the item, I was informed the item was coming from IL and had already been shipped. On May 4th I called and finally was able to talk with someone, they said the item was on the was from Tennessee (OK which one is it from Illinois or Tennessee lol) I sent a second email sharing this with the company and they didn't have an answer but. I was informed of the timeline of when I ordered and the weekend & since they employees a third party

Purchased 4 gel batteries in August 2019 to the tune of $319.00 with a 1 year warranty. It is now mid November 2019 and the batteries failed to hold a charge. Contacted batterysharks and they told me to give them a code off the top of the batteries, take voltages on the batteries and send the pictures to them. I did so. Then they said it would be better if I had them load tested and then send them the results. I did so at autozone. I took pictures of each battery's results( three of the four showed needing replacement) and sent those pictures to them. Then they accused me of trying to cheat

I had placed an on-line order for a battery. Their website does not show availability. Today I received an email from Batterysharks stating that they were out of stock and asked if I would take a comparable battery. This "replacement" battery is a clone of what I ordered and $40 cheaper. They stated it would perform the same but I do not trust any clone compared to OEM.

Their name says it all. They are sharks. Sent wrong item and refused to pay return shipping and charges 20% restocking. Ordered the correct one before I realized they were going to "shark" me, so immediately asked to cancel. They waited to respond and said they could cancel, so I asked again and the next thing I get is a shipping notice. SCAMMERS

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Please stay away from purchasing batteries from this website. I ordered a battery and the battery only lasted one week. When I contacted they about it, they wanted me to take a picture of the voltage readings of the battery and some other bogus pictures they wanted of the battery. So, they expect the customer to spend additional money to purchase a voltage reader to send them picture of it? That is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. Why not just have the customer send the defective battery back and send the customer a battery that works. I think these people

Purchased a replacement battery for a Panamax Power Supply for home AVR system. Replacement for Amstron HR1234W F2 FR last purchased from atbatt.com. That one lasted over two years. This one was purchased on July 05, 2018, by July 24, 2018 intermittently stopped working. Immediately ordered replacement online from at atbatt.com.
Will call tomorrow for credit. Not interested in replacement. These batteries are designed to last two years NOT two weeks.

The manufacturer turn around time was just way to long and I didn't plan well enough in advance. So I was resolved to renting a chair at my vacation destination. A friend said try Battery Sharks. I ordered a small alarm system battery and it came very quickly, about 2 business days from NY to CA. That was very impressive. The item was easy to instal and its been 3 months since i purchased and still working fine. I didnt talk to them on the phone, but used their online chat to make sure i was ordering the correct item. They were very quick to respond and gave me a link to the item i needed. The price was the cheapest from all other sites I checked. All around happy with my purchase and would use again if i need another battery.

Batteries might be a tricky business (says the last guy) but shipping and basic customer service isn't. If I pay you money, you get my item out the door or you give me my money back. That is a waste of my time and time is money.
I ordered a battery for the a replacement in my ATV on 2/17. I kept checking the tracking all week and it never budged, never even made it to the facility. Here I am exactly a week later and my battery just now got to the facility to be shipped out. Compare this to another item I bought from a different vendor, purchased yesterday that has the exact same delivery

Batteries are a tricky business. No one wants to take the blame for ruining a new battery. Knowing this I took Battery Shark's negative reviews with a grain of salt. Also, they had a battery $50 cheaper than the next cheapest online and around town. I was skeptical about the price so I yelped them and was glad to see they were a legit co. I called, got a person immediately, and made the order. Battery arrived in 7 days New York to Northern California.

I ordered a replacement battery for my ATV on 9/11/2016 but due to travel away from home I didn't get it installed until 12/3/2016. Unfortunately it was defective so I contacted their customer service department with the details. Within a few days their representative sent me a second battery at no charge and didn't require me to return the defective battery...very happy with BatterySharks.
