Ordered a saddleman gel core for my cbr1000rr because the website said in stock. Later I get an email saying the lead time was 4-6 weeks. I was upset as this was a birthday gift I emailed after 6 weeks was told seat would ship on the 15th its now the 30th almost 9 weeks later still no seat. But I checked my order status and it says refunded. I am very frustrated at this point for several reasons.
1. The website still say the seat is in stock and it's not.
2. I didn't ask to be refunded I asked for my seat to be sent to me.
3. This is obviously a drop ship business wich is fine but dont advertise

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews but this place sucks. Ordered months ago and was strung along 2-3 weeks at a time being promised my motorcycle accessory. Website said ships in 3-5 days, more like 5 months later got refund because they DIDN’T DELIVER. No thanks to Vince, or management at Solo whatsoever, and no thanks to their supplier SW Motech. PS: the website still says ships in 3-5 days likely allowing other people to be duped.

I had similar experience like others when ordering parts. When I placed my parts order, the site showed a shipping date of 2 to 3 weeks. However, I was not inform that the manufacture would take another 2 to 3 weeks to fulfilled the order and it wasn't until i called and then email that found out about the delay. Solomotopart did give me the option to cancel the order, and if could wait that long. The savings for me was $50 dollars, if i was to order from another vendor. i had oder the parts with ample time for my schedule ride. So I greed to wait, and waited.

Placed an order about a month ago and the status showed processing for few weeks. Contacted seller and got an initial reply that the item will be delayed to ship. Two weeks later, no updates, contacted seller again. This time no reply. Tried their phone and no response to voice msg I left. Tried sending several emails and still got no response. Don't waste your time and money on this site. It is most likely a scam company
