There is no one more proactive or on the ball than Ashlea and her Pismo Beach Homes crew. She is an expert at local real estate and has helped me several times with questions about the market, both residential and commercial, and also rentals. I love how energetic she is and you can trust that she will do whatever she can to help you solve your problem. It as amazing!!. I could not have had better service. It was way beyond what could ever have been expected.
I took over an unfinished defaulted house that was not quite finished. They not only acted as realtors but managed the subs worked with the city and with me in a different city they handled everything. They kept me informed step by step and we always pleasant and upbeat. Shannon led the charge and she was tireless and yet always upbeat with one problem after another

I contacted Ashley Boyer to help me find a home in the Pismo Beach area for my family to enjoy. We did not know anywhere there, and are from out of town. We looked at places from North Morro Bay south to Oceano with Scott Haigwood. Some were very interesting and unique places, including a foreclosed 40 acre parcel in the mountains we dubbed "The Compound". It was on a 4x4 road with no cell service! My husband + I made the decision to move from the East coast to the West coast last year. The housing market is a lot rougher these days with a lot of extra rules and regulations. Pismo Homes was the guiding light through the whole experience making themselves always available with professional help and friendship. I would use them again and highly recommend them if a good realtor is something that you are interested in.
