Zoe is a 6th generation Californian who grew up in Davis, CA. She attended CSU Long Beach and spent a year studying voice in Florence, Italy. She still loves to sing, and on weekends she and her husband, Peter Van Gundy can be seen playing music together at various wineries or restaurants in town. She moved to San Luis Obispo in 2006, and fell in love with the town immediately; It took until 2008 to fall in love with Peter.

Zoe did a wonderful job enabling us to get our dream home. We went from looking to buy a home in 6-9 months to putting an offer in on a home a week later! Things changed that quickly. Plus, we were intent on bidding a certain amount and Zoe suggested we bid a little higher to come in just above the other offers.
