W2O Pump & System Services was formed in January of 2015 as a new division of W2Operator Training Group. This latest expansion of W2O was created to round out the company's offerings from training, water system operation and construction into the service and repair markets.
With nearly 15 years in pump maintenance and service experience, including his most recent position as service manager for a global pump manufacturer, owner Dereck Withey recognized a shortage of competent, reliable pump repair shops.While all repair facilities offer pump repair, very few offer a technical analysis of the entire pump station and detail the deficiencies that are causing the pumps to have a reduced lifespan.

Highly disorganized office, some months we didn't get a bill, other months we would be double billed. If they perform work outside of the monthly contract, make sure to have it in writing because you will be overcharged, and when you call for clarification...well re-read the first sentence. Then repeat EVERY month...frustrating.

We had a main water break that was from outside our house. We contacted Douglas and he came to our house and looked. He said we would have water the next day. He is very professional, very honest.
He did the digging, cleaned everything up afterwards, planted grass seed.
My husband and I would highly recommend his company if you ever have water problems. He was our angel.
