I can not say enough on how great these guys were. Called me promptly, very informative, and came right out and got my water going in freezing weather (replaced well pump and pressure tank). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After really close lightning strike there was no water, circuit breaker was ok, so assumed it was well pump. Your folks called me back and walked me through where fuse box was, sure enough blown fuse. Other companies may have charged for service call but you saved me money and time. Thank you.

Amazing company all around, Ray was great, Brenda was very responsive, Larry answered all my questions and explained the process to me. Ray met me on site to go over everything, gave me some recommendations and drilled and finished two wells for me back to back. We’ve had our Summer house for close to three decades now. As you’d imagine there were many times the house was empty so it was a great assurance that it’d be looked after, checked in on, and well taken care of. Randolph did all this and more.
Not once have we ever had an issue, well maybe one. We did have a question, they came fixed the issue without giving me pause to think twice.
Lastly, this is a family business. Without coming off as too simple or trite, they’re very much a part of our family too.

I did not have the pleasure of using this company, however they were still extremely helpful to me. I emailed with some questions on procedures and pricing along with the address of the well in question. Instead of dropping a huge quote on me Brenda suggested that I contact a company that she believed may have originally drilled the well. It was refreshing to work with a company that actually seems to care about the customer rather than just the bottom line.

This family-owned business has an excellent reputation here in Freeville NY. I bought my house here without even knowing that the water came from a well, and when the pump stopped working I had no idea what to do. Several different neighbors all recommended Randolph Well and Pump and I can see why. The guys who own the business are the ones who do the work, and they absolutely know what they are doing. My water was back on again within 24 hours after I first called them. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

We would like to wholeheartedly recommend Randolph Well and Pump Company. Our well decided to call it quits recently and it's not real fun going without water. From our first call to Brenda in the office it has been first rate. Mike and Ben came and assessed the job, pulled the pump and did what they could, but it ended up that we needed a new well drilled. That's when Larry and Ray came with their very impressive rig and drilled us a new 300 foot well and quickly got it all hooked up. So, now we have water again!! Everyone was fantastic to deal with, explaining everything, answering our questions
