Very happy with the home inspection services from the British Inspector!
I've purchased several homes but had never used a home inspection service prior to working with Perry. He took the time to explain what a house inspection provides from both the buyer and seller's perspective and gave a great overview of the entire process.
Scheduling was super easy; his website displays available inspection times to choose from. Maybe I'm overstating things, but I really liked that functionality...I suppose because scheduling other types of contractor services always seems to be so difficult. Not so with

So pleased I used the British inspector and would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection. Perry was prompt, very knowledgeable and spent over 3 hours thoroughly inspecting house I am buying. He gave useful tips on various items about the home and was able to point out things I did not even notice. He took the time to explain things for a for a first time home buyer and answer all my questions :)

The British Inspector was very helpful before the inspection of the house I was looking to buy as well as during and after the inspection. He spent almost 3 1/2 hours looking at everything inside and outside of the house. He let us know the report would be sent to us by the of the following day and it was in my email with a very detailed explanation of what each item he inspected and what his findings were.
He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and give me a clear understanding of the items I wasn’t

The British Inspector was super quick to respond to my online inquiry. He completed a full home inspection and radon test for the home I was buying and was very accommodating with the scheduling. Within hours of completing the inspection, I received a super detailed full report of the finding. It was easy to read and determine what repairs are immediately needed and what repairs could be deferred. I would recommend the British Inspector to any one looking for a home inspector!

I've used Perry, The British Inspector many times. He's great for pre-home inspections at SimplyFSBO and also whole house inspections when helping buyers find homes for sale.
