Manuel is a pure professional at his craft. He takes pride in what he does for a living and with such passion. Very thorough throughout the whole process. He makes sure that everything in house is inspected and up to codes. So if you need someone to do any kind of inspection that he is qualified for look no further than him. The communication and the scheduling the inspection couldn't have been better. I received the inspection report from Jim on the day of inspection (very fast) and it was very detailed and clear at the same time with pictures, work recommended etc... i can tell it s very professional work. I highly highly recommend Big River Property Inspection and will use them again for my next property that i ll have to inspect I'm the quad cities area.

The entire process was seamless and well organized. Jim was absolutely great and provided helpful information. I want to especially call out Kelly for going over and beyond on helping with scheduling and communicating with my realtor. She even went out of her way to find roofers (outside of her area) that I could contact. This was an excellent customer service experience! (So hard to find now days.)

Jim was amazing! He was very thorough in his report and did a good job of pointing out the main issues when he walked us through his inspection. We loved how cheery, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented he was. He had great recommendations for how to resolve different issues. Always a positive experience with Big River, professional yet calm. Their approach is educational to the "age" of the home so that my clients understand that an older home is not a "new" home. The reports include a summary, include color photos with clear images, so that the buyer(s) will have a valuable reference booklet as a tool for future improvements of their new home ~ their most important investment.

One of the better inspection companies I've used. I needed a quick inspection on my 3 unit apartment purchase with a 7 day inspection period. Big River was very accommodating to get it done by working with existing tenants and doing the inspection over multiple days. The report was quick. I wish the inspection report had more detail pictures. The pictures that were provided were high quality unlike other inspection reports from other companies. The inspection report was simple and easy to understand and it had a nice web-based checklist repair generator tool -very advanced and kudos to Big River
