We were lucky to find Paver House last summer. Ricardo came out and gave us an estimate, made suggestions, and provided answers to questions. Paver House provided the lowest price AND was very responsive compared to other vendors. We worked with Jianna to finalize color and down payment. It took a few weeks to get the install team on site but once here they did a terrific job preparing, putting down the pavers, answering questions, and completing a wall with seats.The entire patio was complete 5 days (in Sept) after work started including 2 non-work days (Saturday/Sunday). I typically do not take time to sit and write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to make the exception. About a year ago we began giving thought to the idea of having a new driveway and pavers all around the house. We reached out to many contractors to get quotes. We decided to move forward and chose Paver House who were willing to honor their quote from 12 months earlier. I have to say the installation team did an outstanding job, they were punctual, worked hard and left the job site clean at the end of each day. Requested a quote gave my timeline for the work, Ricardo showed up walked the property, didn't measure. Told me to contact him closer to the date I required my work. I reached out several times by text and call with no response. Finally received a response with a per square price based on incorrect square footage. I corrected him on this and asked him to provide me the quote in writing factoring in the retaining wall and planter I needed around my new pool. Received a text back saying he will provide a written quote. No dice. Several weeks past. I am now requesting additional quotes

Expectations have been surpassed! From the moment we met Paolo we had a good feeling based solely on his professionalism and kindness. We received multiple quotes, some just as competitive but it was his initial service and trustworthiness that was the deciding factor.
