Sealcoating is one of our top services, we will get it done right, quickly with a focus on quality. Otherwise, the sealer cannot properly adhere to the asphalt and will peel away. Sealer is applied with the "Push Broom Method" of sealcoating which allows for more thorough penetration of the asphalt as opposed to spray method.
If you want to brighten up your parking lot without committing to the extra cost of sealcoating, Re-striping is a very effective way of doing this. ADA Code compliance is a necessity in any commercial parking lot. We are well versed in the ADA Codes for parking areas in each municipality in Pinellas County.

Danielle and Tony were great to work with. They removed and expanded my driveway in St Pete from a single to double wide. My father has 20+ years of experience in asphalt (up north) and was there the day of install. He had nothing but good things to add to my impression. The team was respectful and friendly. They come highly reccomended!

I can't say enough about Anderson & Sons Asphalt. I called several other companies and never received return calls. Danielle was so accommodating and did everything, I had my estimate the same day I called them. Danielle was on the job site first thing in the morning and Tony made sure we were happy with the new driveway. What a great Team they make. Thanks again.
