Services
Dr. Casey grew up in Salem and attended Oregon State University prior to getting her medical degree from Des Moines University. She completed her family practice residency through Oregon Health and Science University at their rural campus in Klamath Falls, OR. She comes to us from the central Oregon coast in Reedsport where she has been practicing rural family medicine for the last six years.
Rhonda received her Bachelor of Nursing from Loma Linda University. After graduation she gained experience in a wide variety of settings: intensive care, home health, and an Ecuadorian jungle clinic. Yes, she speaks some Spanish. She expanded her training and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner and Master's Degree Program in Nursing at Sonoma State University.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Janzen grew up on his parents' farm north of Salem, where he helped raise strawberries and many other crops. After graduating with a chemistry degree from George Fox University in 1983, he went to Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), where he completed his medical doctorate in 1987.

Why do I need to have a zoom meeting with a doctor to get approved for a covid test? In what world does that make sense? I literally have 75% of symptoms and they refuse to test me and that I have to be on a zoom call first... which is scheduled tomorrow... do you guys not see what's wrong with that? Am I supposed to just die from COVID until your doctor looks at me through a camera and is like "Hmmm yep he definitely looks sick " LOL. After this, I will be getting a new doctor.

I have yet to find a doctor here who actually cares about their patients. And I have seen several. Most recently being Dr. Janzen. They are extremely quick to offer to put you on medication before attempting to research the cause of your symptoms. These doctors will give you the runaround to avoid running any sort of test on you. The correspondence is also terrible and you will find yourself calling multiple times. Save yourself some the time and trouble and avoid this practice completely.

I have been a patient for over 60 years, when the clinic was Cecil Ross' physician.
i will be transferring to another provider soon. I was on hold for 25 minutes to speak to an advice nurse and finally left a message. The pre-recorded message says to call back if they don't respond in 4 hours. It has been well over that I would excuse this if it were the first or second time, but this is the normal course of business. It appears to me that the clinic does not schedule enough staff to save $$. That puts profit ahead of my health.

This was the first time visiting the office; we're new to the insurance company, and this practice was accepting new patients and had spaces - now I know why.
Because of Covid restrictions, I wasn't allowed to go into the office with my 19 year old daughter. That's fine, I understand the policy.
The visit was useless. And upsetting.
The doctor (along with a medical assistant) asked HER if she wanted to have blood work done? She's 19, how could she possibly know what blood work she needed? As a new patient, I would have expected that the doctor would have ordered blood work

The office made it hard to make an appointment and fill out paperwork for a new patient. I had an appointment this week following up from the Emergency Department. I have a very mad stomach ulcer with vomiting for a duration of two weeks now. my first appointment was rescheduled because a doctor called out. My next appointment was with Dr Huang. I have never left a review but my doctor deserves one. I see Dr.Crover and she is absolutely amazing! I have never been to a doctor that TRULY cares about you. She is kind, respectful, and really listens to what you have to say. I never one felt rushed and she has ALWAYS been on time. I wish I could say more about her, but I hope she never moves or retires because I want her to be my doctor forever! She is the absolute best! Also I saw comments about the staff. ALL of the staff are amazing. The male nurse is SO sweet and talks to you like a human being not just another patient. He really cares

I had been going here since a teenager, and had three great doctors, all of whom have since left South Tabor. I was put with Megan Jeffords as my new primary. My first visit with her was horrible. She doesn’t care about her new patients. I have visible tattoos on my arms, and at the time I had colored hair. I believe these factors lead to her treating me poorly. She apologized after the fact saying that she was “just having a bad day.” I can’t recommend anyone seeing a doctor that will form judgements off of looks when she’s having a less than good day. I'm shocked by how many people have had bad experiences here. I've been a patient here for 12 years. Dr. Crover is absolutely, hands down the best primary care provider I've ever had! Her and her MA Rio always take time to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. I've never once felt like

I've been going to this clinic for years it's only been one or two problems since going there. I usually can get an appointment with no problem. the staff is friendly. Honest and trustworthy. I had my boyfriend going there he's not very good about paying bills and unfortunately he did not pay his copay so they sent him to collection and now they refuse to see him. That's really sad because we went in there a couple times on an emergency basis for him and they took excellent care of him and I know he's sad that he can't go back there and he knows he made a mistake. I've had really disappointing experiences through this specific clinic on numerous occasions. In 2017balone, I've attempted 3 visits to see Dr Rhonda to NO AVAIL. I've arrived early and still will end up waiting 40 minutes before someone finally speaks up. Which leads me to the second part, the receptionists. They've consistently overbooked or cancelled my appointment without even leaving a voicemail. Shauna is extremely unprofessional and will talk over you because "she cares" which clearly she doesn't otherwise she would listen to a patients concern.

I’ve never left a review for anything but I feel the need to do just that for this medical practice. I’m new to Oregon and have been looking for a Doctor. I found this practice and couldn’t be happier. The associates at the front desk were so kind, and Dr. Reese was amazing. He spent a good amount of time with me, explained what the plans are and just made me so comfortable. Thank you so much.

These people are great! I have no problems with any of the staff people that can take care of you. We all have different issues, but I've brought on some tough ones for them to tackle I am truly grateful for the technicians nurses and people that make that outfit work the phone calls in returning back. Information you may need or assistance they will be glad to help you. I've been a hard worker all my life played sports got busted up, and they get what's left believe me I need them.

I see Dr. Crover and she is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and really listens to my concerns and then lets me decide which of multiple treatment plans she comes up with to help me with my ailment. I read multiple bad reviews about being over-charged and whatnot. Please do not be dismayed by those reviews.
Having worked for many years in the healthcare industry I can assure you their charges are well within industry standards and not at all out of the norm. Many people have high deductibles and are unfamiliar with their insurance benefits. As for asking a doctor to re-write their chart

Horrible experience!! Doctors have no heart in what they do! You feel rushed and talked over. You don't even have any time to explain your symptoms. I Left doctors office crying.. Doctor said all the symptoms "were in my head" later to find out from different clinic and blood results I was severely anemic! Very disappointed!

First the bad... The receptionist Heidi is the absolute worst. She's the meanest thing I have ever come across in my entire life. So rude and so unhelpful. I wants reported her and she had the nerve to try to turn it on me and say that I was the rude one. I wouldn't be rude to anyone ever, how dare she told me that I was the rude one in that situation.
And now for the good... Dr. Joshua Reese is probably the best person that has ever come into my life. I had seen countless doctors for issues I was having over the last year and all of them were baffled or just didn't care enough

WORST. I just got off the phone with their billing dept "supervisor". Super inflated billing and the billing manager had the gall to say that it was "Federal Law" that mandated they bill at that amount. Nice try. Your inflated billing is not mandated by Federal Law. What a joke. My provider, Jennifer Stager, PA-C, is very nice, however, I have a hard time seeing her because she has been on maternity leave the last few times I've tried to schedule with her.

I brought my son to have his very first check up 2 years ago and immediately fell in love. Soon after I became a patient as well. It's very rare to find physicians who treat you with respect and who are willing to listen to you. The beauty of the practice having 12 physicians is that you are able to find the right provider for you! The hours are amazing, they have triage nurses and a doctor on call after business hours 7 days a week! If you're looking for a compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable practice who takes your health seriously then please don't pass this place up! They changed

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Stager. I have a major panic disorder when it comes to seeing doctors. It takes everything in me just to show up. After a few appointments with Dr. Stager I became much more relaxed and after years of avoiding doctors offices I now feel comfortable going in.
Dr. Stager took the time to listen to me and heard all of my concerns. Unlike many doctors who just dismiss my issues as "general anxiety", Dr. Stager went out of her way to make sure I felt safe.
