Great experience at Baierl Ford! Andy was so helpful and detailed walking me through the car buying process, answering all my questions and kept me informed each step of the way. The team was very thorough with my new car and replaced the rear sensor, so waiting an extra few days was absolutely worth it! So pleased with our new car! Jocelin and Gabriel were absolutely phenomenal with what was a bit of complicated sale due to us buying from another state. (Not to mention the extra issues due to covid) There were multiple challenges on both our state's end and theirs.
We were blown away by how tenacious they were to keep us in the loop with new information. In the end they sent us onto the road with a car we love and will create countless road trip / camping memories with. (We even let out a 'wahoo' of excitement as we pulled away!)

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at Baierl was very helpful and friendly. I was amazed when I asked if my truck was going to have gas in because I would have to fight to get a full tank at other dealers. They already had the 48 gallon fuel tank filled up for me! I highly recommend Baierl ford and our salesman Andy Henry.

This was my first time at Baierl to have a recall done on my Ford Explorer and an oil change. The scheduling was easy. I got there and found a lot of customer parking not like the other Ford dealer that I purchased it from. I was waited on right away. Even though I get free oil changes where I purchased my Explorer, It was well worth it to spend $60 to not go through the hassle of getting a voice Mail when scheduling and no one returning your call, no parking and coming back and find they left your windows down and your vehicle unlocked. Baierl had my car locked.

I worked with Mike Love and Patrick Duggan. I would recommend either. Most recently Patrick helped me purchase my 2017 F150. He understood that the best way to talk to me is via text message so that is how we got the deal done.
Do you homework and know what you want to pay for the vehicle and they will make it happen.
I'm sure I'll be back again when I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Just want to let everyone know that I have dealt with Bariel Ford two times now. I bought my 2014 Fusion and this past weekend upgraded to a 2017 Fusion. Patrick Dugan is an excellent salesman who knows the Ford product line and he did not pressure me to buy.
After my purchase Kevin Covert F&I Manager talked to me about all the paperwork and Financing. Both of these men are an asset to the Bariel Ford Dealership.

We were in town visiting family from Georgia and called Baierel Ford Service at the recommendation of our hometown dealer as we were experiencing breaking issues on the drive. Rich at Baierel Service listened to our problem and made sure we got an appointment as soon as we arrived in town. They fixed the issue (under warranty) he same day. The service was outstanding. Bait and switch dealership. Told (Justin) me car was in stock both when I called in morning and 15 minutes before arriving. I canceled meetings in afternoon. Then when I arrived, they (Justin and his boss) said car sold two minutes ago and they had another car (2 years older) for me to see. Really?? I called 15 minutes ago as I was driving up. Sleazy organization. Can't imagine what the service department does. Buyers beware!!
