We had an appointment to buy out our lease and we were at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours. I knew it would take some time to complete the paperwork but 3 1/2 hours???? I even explained that we were under a bit of a time crunch and no one cared, they were not busy, the guys were all walking around talking amongst themselves. By no means does this process take that long. You need to do better Ron Lewis Kia. It is just not good business to keep customers waiting that long!

He quoted me a price and that is the price I paid. Tyler was great to work with, highly recommend. Very happy with the Kia, Forte. Will do business with them again!
