I tried putting in an order for Mother's Day and change the date for delivery, but their website already processed my order. I called Edward's to see if they could change the date on their end. The woman who answered was kurt and told me that their system would of rejected the order because they are filled. Seriously?? That is your answer--like I would know that off the bat. Manners and customer service skills needs a LOT of polishing.

We worked with Greg at Edwards florist. He was Incredible! He made us feel comfortable, gave great suggestions on colors, flowers and even table cloths. When we were finalizing how we wanted our wedding flowers to look he set up a table with a flower arrangement, table cloth (we were deciding on using) and tea light candles; he really brought our vision to life. I loved working with Greg. He has a great personality and wants to make sure you are happy and within your budget. I would highly recommend going to Edwards for any occasion and make sure to ask for Greg!

BEST florist EVER. David and Nancy did our daughter's wedding last weekend and OMG what a gorgeous job. From the arbor, to the flowers on the arbor, to the bouquets and on and on .... absolutely everything was perfect. The special things that were made for the mother's was the cherry on top. Two moms will have flowers from their children's wedding forever. Trust when I say that it doesn't get better than this team.

I have been going to Edwards Florist for many years and their service and arrangements are impeccable. I expected nothing less for my wedding day and Edwards did not disappoint! In fact, they were the only florist on my list once I began wedding planning. We worked with Nancy and her team on the details of the day; she was a great sounding board for our ideas and offered suggestions to make our vision even better. The outcome was magnificent and we received so many compliments from all of our guests. From start to finish, the service, quality, and professionalism is exquisite. Edwards Florist provides

So sad when a great locally owned business disappoints. Asked Edwards to send an arrangement for the memorial service of a friend's mother, $100 budget. When I went to the service and saw what they had sent, I was mortified! A couple of stems stuck lopsidedly in a too tall cheap glass vase. Looked like a bad bunch of Jewel flowers awkwardly jammed in a vase they happened to find sitting around. Last time I will ever use them as they have disappointed before, tho not to this degree.

I just placed an order for my boss. Chose Edwards based off proximity to delivery address, and reviews on Yelp. Of course, after I placed the order, boss man says he wants it from a specific florist.
Called five minutes after ordering to cancel. The guy never took the time to inquire as to why I was cancelling, in order to take a salesman approach and see what he could do to savage the order. Immediate sigh, auto-ton robotic approach, short responses, and immediate hang up after info obtained/before I could ask for a confirmation to

The Best Florist on the NorthShore.
I have sent the most magnificent arrangements for Birthdays, Anniversary, Thank you and "I Love You." We use them for all of the dances. My son's dates always have the most beautiful wristlets. Their outdoor plants are as wonderful as their arrangements. They grow their own geraniums. I receive compliments on them all summer long. Nancy and David are a joy to work with. If I had a wedding to plan, they would be it! Outstanding!

I ordered a wreath of flowers for my daughters First Communion and was told it would be about $40-$45 for a babies breath wreath with a few florets of white small lilacs - basically if you added up all the little florets, it still would not even equal one large lilac flower. i wanted very understated so i barely wanted the flowers visible - no roses - no large or colored flowers. Imagine my surprise when I show up on the day of First Communion to be charged $65! I asked other people who got their wreaths at Edwards had been charged and they were all over charged as well! One friend said the
