Driver allegedly knocked on my wife's office door and she didn't answer. Driver left my wife's flowers with a random person in the apartment building next door. She didn't get a call from the driver about delivery and neither did I. So my wife had to buzz a random apartment to get her flowers after I called the flower owners who suggested she buzz each bell to see where the flowers were. At least the flowers were as advertised.

I called this company to see if they could check to see when my delivery was shipping out today and to see if they had received my order through 1-800 flowers. The woman on the phone said she didn't think she had the order, so I asked her to confirm that she didn't have it. She then said her computer was upstairs and that she shouldn't have to stop what she's doing to check on the order and that I wasn't even an actual customer. I was shocked by the hostility and didn't expect such an unprofessional response so I hung up. I hope whoever is reading this has a better

I was overseas and wanted to deliver flowers to my friend in Chicago. The card message and the special instructions you type get cut out. I magically noticed it and called the business to fix. I had to explain that I prefer to send the full msg in a written format as I'm calling from overseas but the person who I was speaking to insisted that they can write the card **while** I am with them on the phone and plus they put me on hold... I find it weird that they showed no care that you're calling from overseas, it was a bit rude, plus they never addressed the intention to solve the original issue

This service is non-existent! After ordering and paying for ​delivery to be made on Sunday, June 9, 2019 to a sick relative, the flowers never arrived. Several calls and messages later there is still no response from Honey. Another business was used, but a day late. Do NOT use this business. Find someone reputable.

Product was a day late, and did not make it to our Anniversary. Upon emailing them, all I got as a response was an automated email the following morning that they were delivered. No apology, nothing. Yes, the flowers were delivered to my girlfriend's house the following morning at 9am. When the door was answered, the deliverer said "So I'm supposed to tell you that the flowers are from Tokyo". (Since I work abroad, I added a little message) Yeah, how romantic is "so I'm supposed to tell you"? This isn't a pizza delivery. Will I ever pay $15 for delivery AND "service", on top

Honey's Bunchbis a great flower shop. I have stopped here a couple of times, last minute to get some flowers. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the selection is decent. I don't know much about flowers or what is what other than roses but I find bunches doesn't have as much to choose from as some other flower shops I have seen. I guess if you leave something to the last minute you can't really complain though. But this is a great place.

Just called this florist to have flowers delivered this evening. The proprieter sort of mockingly laughed her way through the call. After asking how much I was prepared to spend, she chuckled again and reluctantly agreed to make the delivery. ($50 is not a profitable enough order?) I told her, "Well, I can very easily call another florist and take my business elsewhere," to which she responded, "I do have a bit of a cold." Maybe she should close up shop while she's sick.
