I would like to thank Dr. Pell and his entire team. I suffer from severe anxiety with regard to dental treatment due to past procedures (by former dentists) that were painful, complicated and ineffective. Dr. Pell is very empathetic towards my needs and never fails to ease my worries and ensure that I am comfortable before, during and after my procedures.

Words can not express how caring and wonderful Dr. Pell and his staff were today. Dr. Pell and his nurse's comforting and gentle bedside manner made my procedure today the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I can not thank them enough for the care I was shown and given. I would highly recommend Shenandoah Family Dentistry!!!

Wonderful experience for my four year olds (Riley) first visit. We were greeting upon arrival, waiting area was clean and comfortable. Her appointment was scheduled at 12 pm and we were taken back before that time. Everything was wonderful, staff was very friendly, ( and kid friendly:) ) even though Riley was scared, and we weren’t able to her teeth cleaned the hygienist was excellent in calming her down, and showing her everything. The dentist was great also. Even down to the last stop at billing everyone was very friendly. Overall a very good first experience and we can’t wait to come back

Really fantastic people here! Dr. V is awesome, Katie was awesome and put me right at ease as I was very nervous at first because I hadn't seen a dentist in many years. She was thorough and very sweet and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Overall this was the best dentist experience I've ever had! Will definitely stick with them.

Its been 8 years since I went to the dentist, so I was a little unsettled going in. Katie did a FANTASTIC job making me feel welcomed and comfortable! The overall experience with her and Dr V was one of the best dentist visits I have ever had. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my shiny teeth! Shenandoah Family Dentistry is always professional and proficient. I have had no complaints thus far. One is not left waiting in the reception area wondering what’s going on. There is always a friendly staff to greet you or check in with you. Katie is the hygienist I see often and she makes one feel comfortable and important. There is genuine care for the whole person and I have no doubt my best interest is always considered.

My family recently switched to Shenandoah Family Dentistry and we couldn't be happier. Today was my first appointment, and to be honest, I was pretty nervous. The staff put me at ease, which meant a lot to me. Moreover, I was a happy camper and left their office with a bright smile on my face...for two reasons: 1.) Obviously it was a dental cleaning so my mouth was feeling fresh and my teeth sparkling like a new chandelier! 2.) They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me!
