Our goal is to help your body become resilient enough to meet the demands of your daily life and reach your fitness goals. We do that with dynamic, individualized, one-on-one physical therapy designed to tackle an issue at its source - and treat it with movement. Rather than just focusing on isolated strengthening of a muscle or joint, we want rehab to be functional.
We design our rehab programs to help you develop the muscles and stamina you need for everyday activities, like carrying your suitcase or even getting up out of a deep sofa. Our clinic spaces are set up to provide a challenge appropriate to meet the demands of your sport or workout program.

Kate founded Rally Physical Therapy in 2017. Frustrated with an increasingly high-volume and impersonal healthcare system, she was inspired to build a practice that could provide more personalized physical therapy. Kate's vision for Rally PT was to create a practice where she and her team could get to know their patients, listen to their concerns and goals, and deliver uninterrupted attention and quality care to each client.
Lauren Parsons has 12 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Lauren attended Mississippi State University where she was a student athletic trainer for the volleyball and baseball teams. She then went on to the University of Tennessee where she received her doctorate of physical therapy in 2009.
Dr. Heather Christain joined the team in 2019, when Rally PT relocated into a new clinic space in downtown Highland Park, IL. Our Highland Park clinic includes a treadmill for gait analysis, a lifting platform, barbells (35# and 45#), a Rogue rig, a Concept2 rower and bike, dumbbells, and kettlebells, as well as more traditional physical therapy equipment.
Our Chicago office is within Windy City's large loft gym space. Our clients have access to a wide range of equipment at Windy City including: barbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, a turf, CrossFit gymnastics equipment, and everything we need to get you back to your usual routine as quickly as possible and help you achieve your fitness goals in the process.
Our physical therapists include CrossFit Level 1 Trainers and are trained in Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. We analyze movement patterns and use video feedback to coach efficient and safe technique. Our goal is to keep you in the gym while injured and get you back to your sport pain-free as soon as possible.
