I think this might be the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve rented from this company and couldn’t be happier! I think this was probably the best order - included tables and chairs this time and they were perfect! My daughter was in love with the bounce/slide combo, especially cause we were able to use water on it. Definitely will be continuing to use AZ Bounce Pro for my parties. Recommended them to some friends and family as well. :)

We rented a water slide for my sons 6th birthday and it was such a huge it! Delivery, set up, play time and take down all went smoothly and was overall a great experience. Love that they offer you to keep the rental an extra day for a small fee. Was it totally worth it and the kids loved that they had an extra day to play. Would definitely recommend and would book AZ Bounce Pro again.

Great customer service! Was in town for Memorial Day and had an Airbnb booked for our group, got double booked on our rental and had to find another property that did not accommodate the bouncy house. Called AZ Bounce Pro and they handled everything with our situation in a professional manner! Would highly recommend and will be using “again” on our next trip back!

I called with questions before I rented a slide for my daughters birthday party.... My daughter has special needs and I wanted to make sure I got a slide that would work well for her... The person I spoke with was super friendly and happy to help.... They were very communicative ... Got my email confirmation immediately and I got texts the day the slide was delivered and the day it was picked up letting me know when they would arrive. The delivery people were respectful and nice.. The slide was in excellent condition and clearly well maintained. I will definitely rent from AZ Bounce Pro again!

I used AZ Bounce Pro in March and April of 2021 and they were amazing! Each time they were great at communicating with me, on time, professional and just great to work with. Besides the reliable staff and being able to actually communicate with them, their products are the best! I have rented several pieces from AZ Bounce Pro over the years. They have always been professional, courteous and friendly from the beginning of my event until the end. My questions and concerns were always addressed in a timely and professional manner. The equipment has always been clean and in great condition!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Our family has rented many pieces of bouncy equipment from them over the last year or so for birthday parties and holidays, and every time the experience is 10/10. The equipment is always clean and in great shape (everything we've ever rented looks brand new), customer service on the front and back end is friendly and efficient, and delivery/pickup is on time and fast. What a phenomenal company! I was tasked with finding items for a company picnic and can't say enough great things about Az bounce pro's. Tye was our contact and went so above and beyond to make our event the best. My entire event was last minute and he worked through all the details and was helpful in making great recommendations that stayed within our budget. Do not recommend. Was just at an event last night and 30 min prior to closing the bungee ride they did not have the courtesy to shut down the line. At least 20 very unhappy kids. And one of the workers had the nerve to say "rather than stand here and argue you can try to get on one of the other bounce houses that hasn't closed yet." Poor, poor, poor customer service.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING. We were holding an event, I spent about 45 minutes going through everything on line and requesting a quote. At NO TIME on the website, the quote site, or anywhere did it list that they were no longer allowing quotes for events in October. After clicking on Book This Event, two days later I received a notice from the owner they closed any orders for anymore October events. I was disappointed and frustrated. We rented a bounce house, tables, and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. Have to say the set up crew was pretty awesome. They were fast in efficient. Would've given it five stars but the crew that came and pick the stuff up left my side gate open. Without knowing I let my dogs out when they were done. But a half hour later I went to turn on my water system and saw the gate wide open and my dogs were gone. So I spent a half hour looking for my dogs. Finally found them thankfully they were not hurt. I have always been happy with AZ Bounce Pro and have used them annually in October, but I just called to arrange my event for October and was told that I had to have a minimum order of $500. I asked why there was this change since I have been a loyal customer and never had this issue before and I was told because October it is their busy month they are charging more.
I will NEVER work with them again - they are price gouging because they are busy and taking advantage of their customers. This is a disgusting practice and refuse to ever use this company again.

What a Great Event! 4th 0f July Country Club Celebration.
Who knew we could have so much fun? Tye Conner was the best at knowing what we needed to have a successful event. He kept us in budget, was easy to reach whenever we had a question. We were always assured that everything would be on time and as promised and it was.
The proof is always in the pudding! We are getting nothing but thumbs up from our Members, saying the best 4th ever.

My wife planned a casino night for my 50th and it was the best birthday party that I have ever attended. The three man crew was led by a great young man named Nathan and we were absolutely impressed. I have been to similar parties in the past and was never impressed by the quality of the tables. Many times throughout the night I heard people talk about the fact that you could not tell the difference between these tables and casino tables. Reverse into the open bay and THEY would load everything for me. I pull up to the open bay and the guy who loaded the chairs and tables for me was really nice and loaded my items carefully but quick. I was in and out of there in no time. Even though my order was so small I will for sure be calling AZBouncePro for other services. Also the warehouse was sorted and clean!

Wow - this company disappointed me today! Lady on the phone was rude, and then told me if you don't order $175 minimum - you have to pick up the bouncer and set up YOURSELF!!!!
When I asked them to reconsider since the party will be for FOSTER CHILDREN - she told me to call someone else.

Great prices, great service, great selection. I found out about these guys because of an event they did for my son's school over at Vistancia Elementary. They have a ton of cool inflatables, my son favored the Farmville one but I called last minute and it was not available. No problem, they hooked us up with an inflatable bouncer with a slide that the kids LOVED! They even brought it out 4 hours early since they were already going in our area. The value was great, I paid $189 for this huge bouncer/slide that I know I have paid more for in the past. I also like that they have a Facebook
