Robert Cheasty represented me after a very bad car accident back in 2008. My car was totaled and the other party was hospitalized due to broken ribs. A very dishonest lawyer. From my personal experience Mr. Cheasty is on the same side as profit instead of you. If you are pushing for better outcome, he will ask for more money. Make sure to specify the desired outcome in your contract or he will do a lackluster job and then try to ask for more money.

Five years ago, I was injured in a car-pedestrian accident as a 29-year-old postdoc at UC Berkeley.
