Boulevard Pharmaceutical Compounding Center (BPCC) has been family-owned and operated since 1931 and has over 85 years of compounding experience. The pharmacy was originally founded by Louis J. Rossetti and passed down to his son, Joseph L. Rossetti, RPh, with the aid of his younger sister Geraldine (Rossetti) Arakelian, RPh.
After the passing of Joseph L. Rossetti, RPh, the pharmacy has since been acquired by Kal Boukhatem, PharmD, RPh. We continue to pride ourselves on being the oldest independent compounding pharmacy in Worcester County with an innovative approach to healthcare. My name is Kal Boukhatem, PharmD, RPh, the owner of Boulevard Pharmaceutical Compounding Center (BPCC). I discovered BPCC on a rotation as an intern and admired the atmosphere and business model of the pharmacy. I acquired BPCC in 2019 after the passing of the previous owner, Joseph L. Rossetti with the intention of continuing and advancing the legacy that Joe began.
Boulevard Pharmaceutical Compounding center has experience in the preparation of medications for clinical trials and specialized preparations. We can facilitate the processing of quantities desired in blinded or open-label formats of the study medication.

I am so appreciative to this pharmacy and their staff! My son is an infant with special needs and he has to take a medicine that is not easily accessible and it has to be compounded. They always make sure to check in with us to ensure his prescription is up to date as dose gets modified frequently. I highly recommend them to anyone for their pharmaceutical needs. Could not be more thankful or pleased with Boulevard !

From a clinic's perspective, this pharmacy is wonderful. Spent all day back and forth with insurance and the pharmacy and Lynn as well as the other members of the compounding pharmacy were so helpful, kind and professional. Helped me help a patient! I brought my dog’s seizure prescriptions here, that were costing me a ton of money, and were not the specific size. I ended up having to cut up pills daily, which left the dosages varying sizes and not always exact. Boulevard was able to get the doses to exactly what my vet wanted him on, and didn’t leave me guessing if he was getting the right amount. Not to mention I actually saved money having it compounded. Highly recommended! Also, the staff are the friendliest people around, and very knowledgeable!

We needed a very rare scar medication for our daughter's post-op treatment -- and no other compounding pharmacy in Massachusetts was able to help. Not only did Boulevard compound it for us ... their turnaround was extremely fast since we had an emergency situation. The pharmacist team was outstanding ... and we are happy to say - the medication worked wonders on our daughter's scar. Everytime I look at my daughter's face and do NOT see a scar ... I will always be thankful to the team at Boulevard.
