I called to schedule an appointment. Provided my address and scheduled a time. The day before our appointment I was contacted again to reschedule for later that day because per the business they had over booked. I agreed no big deal, I just had to move some calls around. I also had to provide my address again which was a red flag. Thirty minutes before my appointment I get another text that they need to reschedule me again till tomorrow. No thank you! We could be happier with the job that Nite FX provided at our home. The owner, Karen, knows how to treat people and she has a way of conveying confidence and trust. The final job is admirable and we've had several neighbors compliment us. Absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve the look and security of their home at night.

We called them to fix lights. The owner Karen came with worker. Instead of fixing lights she started trimming bushes without letting me know which branches she is taking off. When I came outside my pool waterfall bush that was surrounding waterfall was removed in half and was looking like a some ones one side of the head is shaved. If she doesnt know how to fix lights she could have stayed in car or just fix lights. When I asked how would she feel if someone does this to her house. She said she doesnt keep house like this.

When I tell you I interviewed 7 companies for the job, believe me. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn’t find anyone who could share the same vision without costing a mint. Karen not only had a vision, she literally placed small flags in my yard so I could imagine how it would look. I had high standards and pretty unrealistic expectations but she knocked it out of the park. I literally could not be happier with the results.

When you work with Nite FX you work with Karen, the owner of the company. She invests herself heavily in your satisfaction and is willing to do what it takes to make you happy. We are happy we chose Nite FX for our home.

Won't use again. Good initial install. Karen basically yelled at me when I called to discuss bill. "I have notes on you. You always complain." She verbally agreed to installing conduit under sidewalks that they missed at initial installation in 2015. Lawn crew has cut wire 4 times since 2015. Itemized bill showed I was charged for conduit installation despite our prior conversation.

I let them know I was looking for some additional lighting, which was both for safety and for ambience. They took care of it immediately and with no hassle at all.
