Over the years I've had my father-in-law, Grandma and currently my Mother reside long term at the facility. The staff is caring, kind and responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I trust that they are providing good care every day. They keep me informed of changes they see and communicate with her doctor. The therapy dept is amazing.

Both my father and my uncle were at White Hall Nursing and Rehab for short term rehab. I grew up in the area so it was nice to know most of all of the staff caring for my Dad and Uncle, they were both very pleased by the care there and raved about the therapy team. With my father being younger than most of the population there I was curious to how he would adapt and he loved it so that was a huge for me and our family. They both successfully discharged home from there due to the great care and therapy they recieved at White Hall Nursing and Rehab.

I was there for short term rehab for a little over a month. The nurses, cnas, and therapists were all very nice. I enjoyed the food there along with having my own mini fridge in my room for my family to bring me meals from time to time. They also helped me get set up with Medicaid after I discharged home which suprised me when I was no longer a patient there they were still there to help.

Stay far away from this place. This place stopped giving my grandmother her blood thinners as she is prone to strokes. “Because they didn’t have it” SHE WAS IN THE REHAB GETTING STRONG ENOUGH TO COME HOME FROM HER HAVING A STROKE. She then developed a clot in her leg on a Friday. They didn’t get anyone to come look at it until Monday afternoon. She wasn’t even there in the nursing part she was in the rehab going to come home. She died the next day on Tuesday. All because they didn’t give her prescribed medication that she had been taking for 15 years. Please go shut this place down

My mom is there. There are some that are rude and say things that they shouldn't to her. It's hard to get them to do the little things alot if times. Some are very hard and good workers but several ate not. The floors don't always get cleaned after urine is wiped up. Workers don't always wear gloves or wash their hands after taking them to the restroom and or handling soiled clothes. They are not very sanitary for the most while caring for my mom, Ect. They r very slow alot of times answering call lights. Sometimes you cannot find anyone when mom needs something and alot of times it's cuz they

My mom came here two weeks ago, and so far she is doing amazing. The staff I spoke with prior to her coming here were compassionate, informed, helpful, and professional. I'm looking forward to the day I can leave the review saying she is ready to come home. For the first time in a very long time I truly believe this. God answered our prayers when we found this place.
