The guy broke the screen on my brand new stereo and didn't even apologized for it. He seems careless. I told him I was not able to ask for a guarantee or reimbursement for the equipment. He said to me "no worries it should be fine" and a screen broken is not fine.
I left, did not want to do business anymore.

I called the main guy Omar to see if he could trouble shoot some steps of course like everybody says sure give me 30 min. and come by. We'll I gave him 45 min. and never came to the shop. I guess recommendations from other shops don't mean squat to people now a days. They won't get recommended by me either and by the looks of there shop they should be happy to get any customers. They need it.

I had my car windows tinted at Eagle sound and they did an excellent job.Their work is very professional and their staff is very friendly.Omar the owner and myself have known each other since elementary school and hes always been an honest and a great person.I highly recommend this place to everybody!!!

On Saturday August 15/20 they assisted me tinting my car windows, two fat men performed the job and the one who did the back window left a bunch of air bubbles right on the same spot on a 2.5 inch radius area. I talked to the business owner we discussed that issue and they wanted more money to remove the tint on the window and re do it all over again just because of their mistake not mine. This really happened, they just wasted my time . The business owner didn't even refund any money not even a dollar. Another thing: they were not using face mask not even the owner and they get really close to
