Your newly installed Automotive Window Tinting Film and Warranty Term indicated on the front side of your DARKANDLOUD invoice is warranted through DARKANDLOUD as an Authorized Dealer of the Film Manufacturer to the original purchaser. The Warranty Terms are outlined below and/or otherwise on a separate document for the product purchased and indicated on the face of this invoice and begins from the original date of service.

My stock radio on my Rav4 went out and the dealer quoted me close to $2200 for a new stock one. I’m new to the area and found dark and loud online. Based on good reviews we went on over. Robert asked me exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction to a great radio. He worked with my work schedule and fit me in on a Saturday morning, everything was done in a timely manner and my car was ready to be picked up a little bit after noon. They made sure that everything was wired properly, and I was still able to use my steering wheel controls and backup camera. For a third of the price

I hate to admit it, but I have never purchased or installed an aftermarket audio system in my cars. I chose dark and loud because of their stellar reviews, and I was not disappointed. Superb service, very reasonably priced, and they sell quality products. Allan did an excellent job explaining my options, and best of all, did not try to oversell me on products that I didn’t need. I’ll be sure to return to them for future purchases and will not hesitate to recommend this car stereo shop to family and friends.

I did some research on several car stereo businesses and found Dark and Loud with a awesome rating. I was blown away by the reviews that were posted. I had them install a Kenwood Stereo deck in my 2002 F-150 Lariat Super Crew. I was amazed by the sound of the new stereo as well as the installation. Customer service is great and they go out of there way to insure the customer is satisfied. Very knowledgeable of service needed.

This was my second experience with Alan at dark and loud. He installed a new head unit in my car to replace an old system that had crashed. As usual, customer service was great and the work that was done was flawless. Robert and team installed a new double din sound system for me for a reasonable cost. First class work. While there, I also bought a rear-view mirror with integrated backup camera. I need to learn how to use everything as it significantly upgraded the technology in my car. They started and completed the job on time. I will use them again for many other things in the future. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome, wish I could give more stars. I was looking for a radio and subwoofer upgrade without going overkill, Alan made excellent suggestions and really brought my vision for the truck to life. The quality of work is unmatched. It’s show quality and these guys do it everyday for our daily drivers. Highly recommend this audio shop, you are not going to find better quality work anywhere else. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have a backup camera and LED lights installed. The team at Dark and Loud are extremely helpful and they guided me in the right direction. Andrea provided excellent professional customer service. She made me feel like a value customer from our first conversation via the phone. She was diligent in finding me replacement for my subwoofer. Her amazing communication helped me to feel at ease that my product would be delivered in a timely manner. Allan double checked to ensure my bass was correctly installed and made sure my overall experience was great! I felt the charges were very reasonable. I went in to get some subs for my truck. The manager was awesome. He did not push excess product on me and gave me great pointers on installation as I wanted to do it myself. After I installed my subs I went back and he inspected my work for me. I recommend this business to anyone wanting to put the right sound system in their ride.
I put 1" of spacer on the rear seat bolts to get nearly an inch of additional space between the subs and seat. Sounds and feels great.
